C'mon. I have a AMD Athlon 2 X2 245 at 2.9 GHz, 4 GB RAM DDR2, ATI HD 4750 with 512 MB GDDR3 and Battlefield 3 works ok on medium settings.

This 4650, in comparison with nvidia, is equivalent to a GeForce 9500GT. In other words... it's a basic graphics card!

It's a low end graphics card of Radeon 6 series. Very, very basic.

The HD 5670 costs a little more, but is far superior.

Well, you can run of course, butttttttt with everything on low and about 25/30 fps.

With a little better graphics card you can run this better too.
