there is power cause your a big dude, but you don't know proper technique. your punches mean nothing if you gas out after 1 minute and you throw them all from your upper body. A punch starts from your feet and your hips, you throw your head into your punches. I assume you don't have a coach, find one, Trust me. You think you know what you are doing till you actually train with a profesional in a profesional gym. Bad habits are hard to kick, don't pick them up on your own.
You're big, but you still need a lot of work. Your punches are being thrown all arms, use your hips. Your tiring yourself early because you're holding your breath; don't. Exhale through your nose as you throw your harder punches. Also, you keep your chin down when your not punching, that's good. But when you start throwing your punches you arc your neck up leaving your chin exposed, so work on that. And maybe do some more cardio?

nice combos, but ur too stiff. when i started i had the same problem. u will wear urself out and tip off punches when u stay so stiff (as seen). not tryin to make fun or put u down, but my trainer told me to just relax and when u feel urself gettin stiff use some personality like hand movements or bobbing or something that will loosen u up

You can look like a world champ on the bag but if you dont have distance, counter punching , timing , defense and all the rest then whatever. good job on the bag though. Kid, you have to work more on your foot-work. You need to work on your balance as well. The jab is fine,however,have to throw it with you chin tucked in. Also,if I may, you have to work on your combinations, they are sloppy.

The reason he is tired after 2 minutes is that the technique is completely wrong. There's no torque coming from the hips and he's just trying to muscle the punches. That's very typical of guys that carry a lot of muscle. Unless they were boxing their entire life, before putting on the muscle, and have the flexibility. The hand speed is good but that's because all the punches are thrown with the arm and not from the hip.
One thing only after ever punch use your other hand to block the side of your face and bend your elbow so you cover your body. Over all nice hand speed
This heavy bag exercise is not even 3 minutes? You should start light punch but fast, in every punch you should breath out, and your body should relax, of course you dont want to tire out before round over~ harden your fist when it gonna touch the bag to conserve stamina~

he has good formwhen he throws but he needs to loosen up a lot and after throwing his 3 punches he stands there like a log. if you could last 1 or 2 rounds with him he'd be soo gassed. all that muscle doesent help with stamina at all and thats the key with fighting not brute strength. knock out 4th round.

GOOD COMBINATIONS, SLOPPY FOOT WORK AND BREATHING AND SPEED. I've seen bigger guys be faster than some some lightweight guys.
