If Ethan was such a problem for the fiance/husband all they had to do was put him on a plane and send him home. We live in a society where you never actually have to be responsible for your own children. In this case there was a responsible, loving parent who would give that child all the love and caring he needed, along with his fiance. In other cases there are other family members, friends and even strangers who will take over to ensure a child's safety. Never an excuse for this!

I thought I lost a friend when I cautioned her on her parenting choices. Later that day she called me. She discussed my concerns with a counselor, checked herself into a mental hospital, and needed me to take her kids while she got her meds fixed. She is a good mom. There are always options.

God has Ethan now. May comfort be brought to the Father who loved Ethan so. In most Prisons there are sections where only abusers reside away from other inmates. The other prisoners regardless what they have done, will hurt those people. And the abusers are scared every single day of their life while incarcerated. Fearing they too will be victims. Such a happy child from the photos. I blame the mother for not seeking help @the first sign of abuse. She could have had him sent back to his father, but that devil of a low life , cowardly excuse for a human took that babys' life & it was not his to take. See of the US of A wasnt idoitic enough not to have signed the Children Act in 1997 this would never have happened. Ethan said he didnt want to go to his mother but had no choice. Actircle 13 of the Children Act states that every child has the right to choose. If the US government had signed the Legislation in the first place Ethan and many others in the US would still be alive. Look up the Children Act 1997 read it and please ask yourself why the US are one of 2 countrys that didnt sign.

Child abuse really begins if the parents are separated or divorced..and then mother or father happens to find their own partner.THe only solution should this.."parents,please save your relationship for the sake of the child and not for your own god..let your children be the center of your affection and begin to dream happily as one family. There is no greater love a child can get except from the love of his/her own parents..is it really hard to live like this?

I would love to beat these two individuals to within an inch of their life every day and then let them heal just enough to where I could do it every day until I felt like such a time came where I could end their existance and beat their heads and teeth in with a hammer. The poor boy is dead. Nothing will bring him back. I only hope that his stepfather is put in the prison's general population and never allowed protective custody status. An ex-con once told me that many inmates were abused as children and there is a pecking order in prison. Child-killers and sex offenders are at the bottom of that heirarchy. Karma is a bitch!

Breaks my heart into pieces knowing that someone could do this to their own flesh and blood, and feel no nothing while doing it. I look into my boys and cry millions of tears knowing that there are children out there that can not speak out when this happens to them, that can not defend themselves. See of the US of A wasnt idoitic enough not to have signed the Children Act in 1997 this would never have happened. Ethan said he didnt want to go to his mother but had no choice. Actircle 13 of the Children Act states that every child has the right to choose. If the US government had signed the Legislation in the first place Ethan and many others in the US would still be alive. Look up the Children Act 1997 read it and please ask yourself why the US are one of 2 countrys that didnt sign.

@love4frogs The last I heard on the local news here in Utah is Stephanie wanted the marriage to Nathan annuled and now they want seperate trials. I live very close to where this happened State of Utah is going for the death penatty with Nathan although I'm not sure about Stephanie I think they should get what they did to innocent child. its so sad to think of the tings he will never get to do. Like go to school and make friends poor little boy he didnt do anything to those assholes.
