There doesn't seem to be any CCP propaganda that some young Chinese people won't believe and regurgitate.

For the record, Tibet abolished the death penalty and cruel and unusual punishments in 1913. Post 1913, the few cases of cruel and unusual punishment were in violation of the law. The CCP on the other hand is world champion practitioner of the death penalty.
