If someone loses their job, most of the time it is given to someone of simular skills. And when I go to Spain I don't want to go to a British styled pub and eat fish and chips or vindaloo. Also the Poles became part of the British armed forces, not the country itself, and it's not like they had a choice either, the Polish army had been absorbed by the Nazis.

Each country has their own. Variety is the spice of life, and we shouldn't mess tha tup by jumbling it together with other unique cultures.
English culture is a mix of other cultures? How so? Indeed all cultures do have influences, but none are souley based on one are they? And multi-culturalism isn't ifluencing, it's replacing and mixing.

I'm not mixed race however, my parents are Irish (as I have previously stated) and so different ethnic groups with the UK I'm fine with, so long as immigrants adapt to this country's culture and laws like my parents did many years ago.

I will be more flexible to immigrants slightly though when it comes to their culture e.g. the inside or outside of their homes can display or celebrate their own culture (Incase they get homesick) as it is their own property and therefore their right as a UK citizen.
