The poems are all about the various aspects of the country - its products, its scenery, beauty, weather, etc. There is not direct reference to the Buddhist faith which dominates the country but if it in ferred. Would be nostalgic to those who have lived in the country in particular.

I wish there were a translation of these poems or at least background as to what they are about.
