  • I do surely doubt it to be Loki, He the "Unmanly one", by Donar(Thor)'s own words, who would rather fight with tirades of slander and banter was shut-up by Wodan(Odin)'s son at Ægir's feast.

I do not think it wise to give Lopt praise for a deed none done, for in bowels deep he still is bound, pained by eternal poisened drip.

I hear thee think, "May he not have escaped?"

I will console you "Have you not felt the earth quake in the least?"

  • @Twenthejroin true

  • why the fuck is that faggot super mario included to related videos???

  • @TheGarcia350 Thought process when I saw this comment: what the hell is this troll on about, this has nothing to do with mario. better check any way. holy shit he's right.WTF!

  • @TheGarcia350 because it goes after your previously viewed video's to decide what to put in the related video box, like I have doctor who in mine

  • @AnthroTsuneon ????! This troll is very confused ;-C

  • @TheGarcia350 Youtube keeps on eye on what you watched, and keeps video's related to the last video you watched and mixes them with videos related to what you're watching to

  • Man, how good is rice!?

  • @TheGiraf2 Nee dat was Jupiter, Zeus is Grieks.. maar.. not sure if trolling or just very stupid...

  • @TheGiraf2 hahahavo!

  • @bladewheeld jupiter is de romeinse versie

  • This band is epic <3

  • Now I know where the word "thunder" comes from. You learn something new every day. :D

  • Friday comes etymologically from the word Frigg, not Freyja.

  • Friday comes etymologically from Frigg, not Freyja.

  • Friday comes etymologically from Frigg, not Freyja.

  • het hemelvuur brand als de dondergod strijd!

  • @Wingoball69 Then what are you doing here? Spreading 'negativity', now what did you exactly acheive by that?

  • @666MetalNeverDies666 ahahaha shut up man XD i dont need any lectures.

  • @Wingoball69 Then you've proven your immaturity concerning respect.

  • @666MetalNeverDies666 Cheers mate!

  • @silvercataphractarii No problem, got it all done learning now, fun to play along in Guitar Pro. Hope you'll have as much fun as I do =)

  • Dreigende hemel, een oorlog ontbrandt

Weerlicht en donder ontwaken het land

    Eeuwige vijand van het reuzengebroed

    hail from belgium!!!

  • @ThorgarTheBloodedOne hail from England ..but from Belgium ;p ..gegroet !

  • \m/--x_x--\m/

  • Hail to the Thunder God!!!!

  • I can't come to these videos without someone mentioning how they're pagan etc etc. No, they're not. They are a shame to the faith, using such a broad term. Pagan, is more often than not simply a term to mean you follow more than one god, a polytheist, encompassing greek/roman, norse, and (depending on who you ask) christian beliefs. Show some respect for the faith.

  • @FireAndFang shut the fuck up and listen to the epic music

  • @xpaganzz go back to your mother's tit boy

  • @FireAndFang aww cant u handle a litte critic

  • @xpaganzz You're not a critic child; you're nothing, not to me, not to anyone.

  • @FireAndFang You seem very opinionated. You know it's not a great way to sound credible.

  • @Mycologist I don't much care what you think of me, I just find it very disrespectful to always see these children talking about the old gods, simply because they think it's "cool". It's a disgrace and dishonor to the faith.

  • @FireAndFang In my area everybody is either Abrahamistic, agnostic or ''''new age spiritualist'''', and a few athiests. So my frame of reference as to what term means what is the internet, wich is ofcourse pure chaos.

Not everybody may mean the same as you when they say pagan. (though I personally vary between Asatru and germanic heathen)

  • i love this song

  • Thunder God isnt it?

  • @PaxTemplarium1991

    Yup, Donder=Thunder ;)

  • @lycon7000 I knew my instinct was right !! thanks for confirming it !!

  • @KNIGHTOFSCOTS actually they are not german.

    theyre dutch.

    heaven shall burn is german.

  • @shadowthehedhog5421 They're not much different, especially when you go back. The difference between Dutch and German is about equivalent to the difference between Tennesee and New York, or Louisianna and Illinois.

  • @nate556 Clearly you don't know what you're talking about. German and Dutch have a common ancestor, but through standardization they've grown apart. The Dutch language was more or less standardized in the 17th century and German in the 19th. Nowadays they are not mutually intelligible. If you want to make a comparable analogy involving English you should say (British) English versus Scots (language not the accent) or maybe even Norwegian.

  • @ComradeAart You havn't heard a cajun accent, have you ?

  • @nate556 I have to admit that I didn't realize you were refering to Cajun English, but my point stays. Cajun English and English are (except for obvious French vocabulary) mutually intelligible, where German and Dutch are not. If you want to make a parallel in the (non-English) Germanic world you should take Dutch and Afrikaans.

  • @nate556 I have to admit I didn't realize you were talking about Cajun English, but my point stays. English and Cajun English are (except for some obvious French words) mutually intelligible, where Dutch and German are not. If you want a parallel in the (non-English) Germanic world it would be similar to Dutch and Afrikaans.

  • @KNIGHTOFSCOTS Almost the Vikings believed in the same thing as the Ancient Germans.

  • @KNIGHTOFSCOTS For the most part. There were different versions of certain things of course though. The Vikings were Norse raiders and the Norse were North Germanic People.

  • They should add to reactions, Jizzed all over the place. That would be a reasonable reaction.

  • Thundergod Donar son of the earth Donar exercise your hate Donar raise your hammer Donar the god that defeats the giants Thundergod Donar son of the earth Donar exercise your hate Donar raise your hammer Donar the god that defeats the giants Victory and Death The hammer falls The sky lights up and ignites The thundergod prevails again

  • @rovebeetle2 or Freya?

  • Yesterday was the biggest lightning and thunder storm I have seen in my entire life. Thor must have been upset. Of course, I was listening to this song while watching it.

  • @EdwinMarc actually that's why here in Twênthe we place "Dônerbessems" (Thunderbrooms) in our walls, they are the Hagalrune and belong to the saxon tradisional building styl like "Peardeköppe" or friesion "Ûleboarde" or other "Gewelteekns" (housefrontwall signs)

  • einfach geil

  • @Stormraider1000 Tuesday is a simmilar case! The germans called him Teut, an old Germanic God. But what about "Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday"?

  • @EdwinMarc what i know friday is freyr

  • @Stormraider1000 UTORAK = U + TOR + AK => TOR=THOR

  • Dondergod = Thundergod

  • Heidevolk is an awesome band !!!!! ....my english is very bad so i write it down in german ...das ist das geilste was ich in dieser richtung jemals gehört hab !!!!!egal ob ich die sprache verstehe!!!!hammer !!! ich höre die ganze nacht schon heidevolk.....

  • I shake my head in shame when I remember the time when I thought that the most epic song about the god of thunder was Manowar's "Thor the Powerhead".

I now laugh at this idea (not the least because I realized since that their song was actually inspired by Marvel Comics' Thor ... "lift your cape so that you might fly" -> lol, yeah right)

And I thank Heidevolk for honouring Donar with this song worthy of Him.

  • Thor and Odin blast this band when their working out. ^^

  • @CamoCat5000 I do too. ^^

  • @CamoCat5000 lol "the boulder im lifting is much larger than yours"

  • @Dirtspawn064

"Your stomach is the size of a fat ox!" xD

I'm guessing it would sound something like that anyway.

  • @CamoCat5000 lololol

  • @CamoCat5000 My neighbors know I do.

  • @iwillslapalady7

  • @iwillslapalady7

Heidevolk is bestwel bekend over de wereld.

  • dit is nog eens muziek

  • @k1ll3rtr0n nah, ik ga al naar PF in A'dam

  • Hail Donar \m/

  • Hail Donar/Thor! Hail the Thunderer! Hail Heidevolk!!!

  • @JorisKanters Helemaal niets :D

  • The hammer comes down

    The sky unloads

    The thunder triumphs again

    HAIL HEIDEVOLK!!!!!

  • Threatening skies, igniting a war Lightning and thunder awakening land Eternal enemy of the giant brood Let them collapse and bathe in blood Thunder The hammer of the gods, giants by notorious Bring flaming wires, forged in the air The cloud rumbles, the thunder runs The lightning lights up when the thunder fights Thunder Thor, son of the earth Thor, unleash your hatred Thor, raise your hammer Thor, the god who defeats giants Blessing and death

  • This song is acceptable.

  • Dooooondeergoood ! \m/

    hail from germania!

  • Epic greatness

  • HAIL THE THUNDERER!

  • heil Donar!!!

  • Even een vraagje...

  • im dutch and lol its kinda humiliating if u understand what they say haha

  • @vijtrocks i'm from scotland and it's also humiliating not to know all the words :)

however we still love it :D

  • Heb het live gezien in Katwijk.

    Was echt wel geniaal! :D

  • I don't speak any dutch i'm assuming this song is about Thor's hammer. In the official Nehalennia vid several of the band members were wearing Thor's hammer pendants.I figure hamer=hammer and Donar=Thor correct me if i'm wrong.Keep rocking all peace.

  • @ihatesheeple Thor's hammer is named Mjollnir, or "Destroyer." Thor was the friend of Man, and many Asatruar wear representations of Mjollnir is a token of respect to him and for good fortune.

Some others, however, wear representations of the Valknut or of the spear Gungnir, which represent the Warfather, Odin.

  • @ihatesheeple

Well, Dondergod means Thundergod :) So yes, you're right. And Donar is another name of Thor. Segards, Greg

  • @gswiaczny

    Regards* hehe... missclick ^^

  • @ihatesheeple I do believe u already got a plenty of responses, but anyway - u were correct! xD

    Greetings from da Netherlands!

  • @ihatesheeple Dondergod means Thunder God! :)

So yeah, this is about the mighty THOR!

  • @ihatesheeple yes donar was the name for thor in the south germanic tribes

that why in englisch its called Thunder and in german Donner

    dont know about dutch tough

  • @LightLink1992 In dutch its donder

  • @metatron76 yea u can clearly see the relationships

  • @LightLink1992 Donar.....?

  • @salamanderjood The anglo-saxon's answer to Thor
