I have found the audio publication company Valley of the Sun, who published this music which Great American Audio Corp published this cassette recording of.
It seems nearly sure that Robert Slap was the sole, or a, composer of this music. See the video description for some CD titles which Robert Slap has released under his own name since this recording.

hmm starts like a chillout at the beginning, ... (3 mins later) - and it's still a chillout. :) And now seriously - it's very nice, calm and touching. I wonder what was the year of the production as far as this tape is concerned ?
@petka82 Hi petka. I will have a look through Web searching. So far I've only come up with other titles listed by Great American Audio Corp. - like in records kept by libraries. Glad you enjoyed it - I could listen to it all day, whilst side 2 ("Aq. Two") is refreshing and can wake you up.
@BagofSunshine1001 Hi, thanks for bringing Animal Collective to my attention. I went to find them, and remembered that I had found them some time ago and meant to get to know their music, but had forgotten. I hope I can now.
