...the same idiots that made it illegal to drink alcohol and talk on a cell phone if your under 21.. these type of preventative tactics, only make sense to shallow minded fools... where would it end? when people get into this debate on whether something is harmless enough to allow, they sound like little children begging their parents to allow them to stay up late, or have an extra cookie...dont even start the bs.. we're not children...punish real crimes when commited, nothing more

i believe only real crimes (not victimless crimes) should be punished... it is absurd to make laws that forbid any activity while driving.. this is all preventative measures, which never work, and only violate everyone's rights.. for example, it may be dangerous to pull your underwear from your ass while driving, look at your stereo, have a stereo, look at signs, pick your nose, drink some water, and swat a bee on your leg...what kind of idiot would make these things illegal? ...

Yea because the government really cares what the populace thinks, 70%+ in favor of legalizing decriminalizing cannabis here in Canada and the government just tried to pass a bill that would have a MANDATORY MINIMUM JAIL SENTENCE FOR GROWING ONE MARIJUANA PLANT. It was changed, but it still passed, without the cannabis mandatory minimums, BUT NOT BECAUSE OF THE PARLIAMENT.

the sad part is no one has common sence anymore all "accidents" can and always be avoided prior. To many people are the working mans champion who slam 20 beers and want to go home for work the next day. But for the case of being on acid while you drive i think anyone in that mind set wouldnt even think about driving a car in the first place.
