I think I'm getting one in my left...a spot on the gums show signs like a tooth trying to break through but it's still soft like the gums and swollen like hell, hurts.

OMG mine hasnt even broken the skin its just swollen as fuck, and i cant bite down and im in so much pain, im taking painkillers every 4 hours omg, its terrible, my face is swollen and so is my gums and cheek got an emergency appointment in just over 12 hours, thankgod, hopefully i can get some anti biotics to bring it down and then think about having it removed. I hope i can get an general anastetic as im so so scared of having teeth pulled when awake! eek plus they would need to cut it out...

i got two removed under general anesthetic with painkillers and anti-inflammatories for after all for free cos i live in england!!! i work and pay tax but i am a single parent so the government gives free dental care for people like me, children, elderly and people on low incomes. any everyone no matter how much you earn gets free healthcare. hurrah for england!! :)

You forgot to mention that many people wait months to receive treatment, sometimes doctors even avoid treating someone properly because your system doesn't pay enough. Dental care is one of the worst elements of the NHS just Google the countless news stories on lines around the block for dental care.

Also I might add that a reason why our rate is a bit higher is that we use cutting edge technology to birth premature babies more often than other countries do. Sadly more of these babies are likely to die due to their circumstances. So in contrast, we deserve more credit for trying harder.

When i was little i had a pen cap and i sucked on it and it would be like a suction cup against the inside of my lowwer lip not my gum and a lump formed and i would pop it and pus would come out i would get it all out and i litirly could wait 5 minnutes and it would be full again. When the hole i used to drain it got bigger and i would squeez a bubble of whitish shkin would poke out a little and when i stopped squezzeing it would receed so i squeezed it as hard as i could and ripped it out. :0

i live in New Zealand, i got 2 removed 3 days ago... cost me $461.50, thats for a consult(to see what needed doing) an X-ray and removal, so the actual removal only cost like, $350, gotta love the healthcare system here

mine cost me $1600 for removal and they are impacted which requires an oral surgeon.. thats in canadian dollars and i am getting all four removed at once.. ick!

Cost depends on the condition of the wisdom tooth. If it's exposed then it's cheaper. If it's below the gum line then it's more expensive. And if it's below the gum line and pointing horizontal vs pointing up will cost even more.
