Did you change the transmission out to a 4l80? I would like to do but nervous about blowing out the original due to the extra torque.

@quickteg1276 Running the original 4l60 with beefed up clutches, shift kit, sun shell, sprags. We are commited to running a 4l60 with this, better 1st gear ratio too.

badass truck. stock cam? have you had it on the dyno to get some numbers?

@SpencerHutchinson Stock cam, stock 4.8 bottom end, stock heads. Only engine mods were comp cams dual valve springs, titanium retainers, pushrods, and an LSx manifold from FAST. Don't have dyno numbers yet, next season it should see low 11's or high 10's

@moreboost Running about 12-13 psi with a bit of boost creep. 175 shot of NOS on top with race fuel. 10psi is all she will take on pump premium.
