  • I would be like WTF too if i saw a family do that dance at Sears

  • "put on your sunday best, kids. we're going to sears!!" my favorite line of the movie :)

  • Christoper Daniel Barnes who plays Greg Brady in this movie looks more like the lead singer of The Hollies (Allan Clarke) than Barry Williams.

  • How funny, that this film is already as dated as the original it's making fun of. Look at those TVs!

  • Marcia, Marcia ,Marcia !!!

  • Thumbs up if you tried to get your parents to take you to sears after you watched this.

  • Alright Sears! I better put my sunday best on!

  • Mike Brady is Ricky Bobby's Dad???? Who'd of thunk it.

  • It used to be called Sears-Roebuck. What the hell ever happened to Roebuck?

  • @cosg9531

Mr. Sears killed off Mr. Roebuck years ago.

  • Christine Taylor is awesome as Marcia.

  • @SixFeetUndr101 I agree, Christine Taylor looks like Maureen McCormick.

  • I just sent this to my cousin because he told me he went to sears to buy a pokemon game.

    I love this movie.

  • Put on your Sunday best and lets go to sears!

  • and 40 mates & i sang this at Adelaide Airport before and people like's it

  • @DeWina512 thats cause it's adelaide

  • The casting for this movie was PERFECT, they really resemble the REAL brady bunch !

  • This video is hysterical. Most people shop online now. Nobody fucking goes to Sears anymore. Lol

  • what's funny about this when I first saw this back in 1995, they went to sears and didn't buy anything.

  • i <3 this peter(:

  • How many wishes does the Sears wishbook allow you to make ?

  • I fucking love this scene! That's Ben Stiller's wife, right? x

  • @FreddiesGirlSkins Christine Taylor is her name...Sherwood Schwartz was taken aback at how much she resembled Maureen McCormick, he said and I quote "It's uncanny"

  • I kinda like Sears - Went to Florida - stayed away most of the time - I have heard the sears catalog is kinda oh well and their logo is also a bit cheap but then went in and went out with a pair of Timberland shoes that cost me about 100 bucks - these would have been over 200 where I live - other stuff there not bad.

  • which one is this from?

  • @dancefeetz The 1st movie. Not the sequel

  • I was too young to remember the Brady bunch properly - but this was a great spoof on it! The family were living in a time warp in the same house but in the mid nineties! great idea!lol

  • O M G a brady flash mob

  • "cmon gang lets have a look"

its a freakin family not a group of friends or the scooby doo gang.

  • The show was never even close to the tackiness shown in this movie.

  • ohhh this brings back memories! i loved this movie :D

  • Is this the one where Marsha gets it on with Greg?

  • Embarrassing. Robert Reed would have been so glad he past before this.

  • iv had this in my head for weeks

  • Im going to sing that the next time Im at a mall....:)

  • Nothing beats the Brady Bunch...original or remake!!!!!!!

  • If they were up to speed with the rest of society, they would shop Walmart. But Walmart did not exist in the 1970s so they are shopping Sears.

  • Actually, Wal-Mart did exist in the seventies. It just hadn't hit the global scale that it is today. These people could get away with this corny stuff during the seventies, but they might be removed from the store if they were to go on like this in modern civilizations store fronts. The Brady's were such an odd family. Now the Adam's Family? Now thats such a simple everyday household with everyday sorta problems.

  • Does anyone have a link to the actual movie? I loved the clip haha ^ ^

  • This movie is briliant.

  • Agreed. It could have been a real stinker but they nailed it perfectly. Penny Marshall was the director from memory.

  • You're on the right track-but it was Betty Thomas, who was also an actor for many years before directing, much like Penny Marshall. Betty Thomas was most known for "Hill Street Blues"

  • 1:25 to 1:31 LOL......too funny

  • greg's electric guitar=classic hilarious

  • I Love this! I'm just like that, only 80's instead of 70's, people stare at me sometimes because I wear all 80's clothes and have big hair, I wish my family would rock along with me like the Brady's, hahaha

  • I remember when this Chris Dan Barnes (Greg) was the kid on the show, Day by Day dreaming that he was a lost Brady sibling. Six years later, he's playing the real thing.

  • Great movie and clip on YouTube. Love the song and the humor here. Loved the mean neigbor Michael McKeon played in the film too. This scene is so very funny. Thanks for the post.

  • I hope everyone gets the "Sears" reference (it's especially still funny for me apart from the movie). Sears use to be a relatively "cool" department store back in the 70s, but nowadays it's reputation isn't on the same level as Macy's, Carson's, etc., it doesn't have the designers that those do. I live in Mexico now, and of all the American department stores, Sears is the only I've seen to have a store here. Kinda funny to me, it definitely positions itself as fashionable here.

  • Right on Hibore! Makes me want to throw on my "Toughskin Dungarees" w/my Craftsman keyring attached to the pocket & schlep over to SEARS!

Notice how once preppy Land's End did little to augment Sears' image.

  • I worked at Sears. There is nothing cool about Sears. :-P

  • @NyeTunes

but the Brady's can make it cool. I'd totally dance with them on that elevator.

  • i agree...it's owned by jews.

  • I love Sears. Macy's is a high end department store. Sears has never tried to be that. Sears was and is still larger then Macy's because it sells things that for what most Americans are, middle class. Sears Mexico is not actually owned by Sears any more.

  • Out of sight!

  • look how cindy is when she gets off da escalater

  • Did anyone notice the guy who looks back like the Bradys are weird? He's the same man who played the director of the show they were on, on TV. Nice cameo.

  • I love this movie. Its so cheesy although I must say Gary Cole does Mike Brady perfectly.

  • Im surprised Jennifer Elise Cox hasnt gotten HUGE since this. Her comic timing and multidimensional profile and acting range shoulda made her soar!

  • Put on your Sunday Best Kids! LOL

  • "And I thought Sam had magic fingers!" LOL.

  • OMG LOLZ BEST PART OF DA MOVIE!!!!! xD

  • Ah the good ol days when Sears wasn't taken for granted lmao

  • Sunday's Best...OMG

  • just like a train wreck... its so disturbing. and yet i cant look away...

  • lol

  • OMG I cant believe I used to watch this movie a million times when I was younger. Its so corny and stupid to me now. No wonder why my brother always changed the channel, lmao.

  • i luv this song it has been stuck in my head for like 5 days

  • Well it's just the point of the movie to make fun of the Brady's

  • "Put on your Sunday best, kids-- we're going to Sears!" XD

  • love the bradys , fun laughter and just good old fashioned values yaaaaay can we have those back please

  • ahahahahahahaha george glass ahahahah

  • I hate this because it makes the Brady's look mentaly challanged and I think it's stupid

  • That looks like the Sears I shopped at in the San Fernando Valley...interesting.

  • They must REALLY LOVE sears. I saw this in the theater when it first came out,and I LOVED it. I couldn't wait 2 see it. The Very Brady Sequel is better than this though. They go 2 Hawaii and plus they have Tim Matheson in it,who I absolutely LOVE. I like both films, but the sequel is so much better.

  • best movie and show ^^ Other than Nightmare Before Christmas and William Shake spheres Romeo and Juliet

  • I think this is hilarious!!!

  • whats wrong with all the girls noses???

  • lolz!! i love this movie!!!

  • hahahahahaha.

i was just watching this movie yesterday! i love it!

Marsha is my favorite character, she's so nice its almost fake, haha.

  • Gosh I loved both movies! My favorite is the Very Brady Sequel and Jan was my favorite character

  • when they sing is it the real brady ids singing from the 70's or is it the new kids

  • it is definately the original kids from the 70s.

  • It's a slowed down version.

  • Those kids should of got an oscar for this---thye really had the brady's down perfect

  • @gasman396 Agreed all the way. In fact the whole family should of won a prize for this movie.

  • both of these newer brady movies are f'n hilarious

  • Lol me and my best friend did this in sears after seeing this movie.we learned all the words and did the weird escalator thing. But we're not sure if we have this right, did the guy say Put on your sunday BISCUITS,we're going to sears?Cuz we think that makes no sense, but it could be some 70's language or something.

  • LOL I REMEMBER THAT! And then we went on the treadmills there in slo mo with the exercize music LOL

  • lol no he said "put on your sunday best kids, we're going to sears"

  • "Sunday's Best", meaning the clothes you would wear to church.

  • I love the guy with the jorts and the sleeveless shirt right behind the Brady kids.

  • Christine Taylor (AKA Mrs. Ben Stiller) is a very HOT Marcia!!!

  • Everytime I see anything Brady Bunch, I think of that scene from the movie with Marsha and Greg in the attic and are about to kiss...

  • This movie was surprisingly well done. Hats off to Penny Marshall.

  • The girl who played Cindy is GORGEOUS now! I mean, like, AMAZING!!!!

  • Jennifer Elise Cox is smokin hot as well ;P

  • eh... so-so...

  • I've been around the block, she's 100% woman head to toe, hands down ;)

  • It took my older sister pointing it out for me to realize the guy who plays Greg was the voice of Prince Eric!!! The first acceptable animated crush for girls to have... <3

  • OH BOY! SEARS! :D

  • I love how fucking crazy they are. : ]

  • what was their neighbor's name?

  • Mr. Dittmeyer.

  • Sam does have magic fingers hahah

  • lol

  • Oh my God!!! Tori Spelling is here autographing her new perfume!!! WTF?!!! ;)

  • i gotta get some of those rays too

  • I can remember as a young child when going to SEARS actually was a great deal of fun. I also remember getting the SEARS Wishbook every year before Christmas and ogling all of the toys.

  • @sfbaygirl Don't go now...you'd be lucky to find a single sales clerk.

  • @sfbaygirl I still get excited about the wishbook .... it means Christmas is coming, and there's nothing better than that :D

  • This kid who played Bobby Brady? Is HOT now. Played on As the World Turns. OMG. lol

  • Which character? Was it Barbara's son or someone else?

  • Yes, Barbara's son Will. =0)

  • its just a movie

  • omg when they were singing and stuff on the escalator and those people were staring and laughing i was cracking up.

  • I'll never get tired of watching this scene. I love it. Seeing the Bradys in modern day is brilliant and funny.

  • lol clever

  • lmao "Put on your sunday best were going to Sears" i love that line haha

  • xDDD i LOVE this scene!

  • can someone tell them that its the 90s and the 70s

  • Who cares? Dress how you want...

  • and i thought sam had magic fingers.ha ha ha ha hha ha ha hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahaahaaha oh alice

  • My favorite part of the Movie.

  • This is embarassing. I hope no one I know stops by and catches me watching this!!

  • i have this on dvd i love the bradys!!

  • I love this movie!

  • hey! his neck brace just popped off! lol

  • bobby is so cute

  • One of my favorite 1995 Movies. I really like this better than "Very Brady Sequals" from 1996.

  • This Marsha really looks like the original one.

  • The original Jan (Eve Plumb) is singing the very beginning of the song, right?

  • Nope, it's Peter :)

  • Actually, I'm pretty sure it's Jan. They're using the version from the TV show and she steps forward and sings the very beginning.

  • ?? oh lol.. i just checked the video. :) it's jan. I wonder why i thought peter!!! i think she sounded like peter to me lol, idk. :) lol but either way i love this song. :)

  • It's actually a little bit slower than the one from TV, so I think the movie used a version they recorded on a record in the 70's. In any event, it's hard to tell a girl from a boy voice when they're that young, and Eve Plumb's voice has always been kind of deeper than you'd expect from a girl. And yeah, it's a pretty song. I like the songs the new kids sang in the Very Brady Sequel more though; Good Time Music, and Time To Change.

  • "One bathroom for nine people..."

  • marcia's so hot

  • Marcia Marcia Marcia

  • Why did they cut Bobby's lines out of the song in this movie?

  • We're going to Sears!

  • have they been drinking lol.

  • What have they been smoking?

  • The little boy who plays Bobby Brady is played by Jesse Lee Soffer he currently plays Will Munson on As The World Turns

  • Look at Alice's face at 1:40!

  • Yeah and the Brady's are in their right places on the TV screen like in the opening credits of the film.

  • lol

  • Sears was actually cool?

  • Back in the 70s maybe lol. None of the stores are the same today for the most part

  • The best part of the movie is "Jan, cut the crap" and the school therapist: Girl, come back when your pregnant"

  • This makes me feel better that I don't hear this song at work... u_u

  • wow thats all i have to say is wow

  • haha this is the best part of the movie!

  • i agree

  • Yeah, it is especially when a family goes to a store like Sears and doesn't buy anything at all, I'm surprised that they weren't thrown out....lol

  • I think there might have been a cavity search....they stopped when they figured out that Mr. Brady was enjoying it!!
