As far as the bill goes, I believe even IF it's passed, it's still up to the software studios to "take action" against Youtubers. Most probably don't mind and see such videos as free publicity. Besides, what sense does it make for a game company to go after the GAMING community on Youtube? Not the best public relations move and I think they realize it. Now will Youtube decide to play Mr. Policeman? I don't know about that one.

The bill in question is rather silly, i can understand the need to try and rid the movie, tv and music streaming going on as it is in theory piracy. But video games? Yes they may be copyrighted however for games to work they require INTERACTIVITY, something you cant exactly do through streaming, maybe more so through the likes of Justin.tv (the user could direct the player) but not so with YouTube.....
