You can usually tell if something is right, just by the way a person looks. This guy's face reflects good health and peace. Not a lot of so called experts look that way these days.
very true, at least he seems to be healthy. it needs some personal contacts or a good understanding of humans and intuition to tell a lot about a person, though :)
Hi there. Not to sure what aspect of Bruce or myself you are referring to however thanks for your honest comment.
One of Bruces great gifts is also his honesty, especially in walking his talk and dedicating his amazing scientific background for the betterment of others.
It is in the richness of differences that we often find common ground.
Dr. Lipton is right that some external forces can affect how our genes are expressed, but it seems he omits all the data pertaining to selection and genetic drift. He also omits the rate at which change can happen. Granted it happens faster than changes to the genome, but there are generational and intergenerational epigenetic forces that take decades and centuries to manifest themselves in ones children or grandchildren. And there's nothing to say that your grandparent's epigenetic changes...
Epigenetics is new, but it's not magic. There are still forces working beyond the scope of this, and I don't know what Dr. Lipton's intentions are, but it seems he's intentionally witholding truths in his arguments, and that makes him a very dangerous individual in my opinion. There's no way he can't know about antagonistic pleiotropy. I'm only a second year college student and I understand a broader picture than him, it seems. =(
Love him

Bruce is such an amazingly passionate man with his work and was a real honour to meet with him...as it has been with all the guests.
Bruce is also testimony to the saying that we are all one and that one person can make a profound difference.
