He says Qu'est-ce que sup!? Which is a mix of french and english......The definition of What's in french is Qu'est-ce que........So the expression is usually What's up.....but that multi language guy mixed it.....to make Qu'est-ce que sup!!!

Trust me.....you liked that 5 seconds.....for people who understands french.....it was better than anything you can imagine! loll
