@AudienceOfOne7 Religion is different for everyone. If being religious does it for you, then nobody has the right to contest that. But, coming from an Atheist, I can see both sides. Some people just need something to believe in, like an escape from this world, which is shit most of the time.

You see, 'religious' means following the dogmas of whatever religious organization you're in; however, what you described was obeying God over the Pope/priest/religious instructor. In that sense you're spiritual, not religious.
Religion is in fact corrupt. A normal person gets a death sentence for rape. A priest gets transported to another unknown small-town church for the same crime.

Video is terrible.... Dont understand how it even relates to the song at all.
Very good song, and as one person once told me "A song means what It means to you, that doesnt mean If someone else thinks a song means something different that they are wrong or unintelligent". As a Christian I can see how both sides could make their point. The main thing is its a great song regardless of how you interpret it.

This is still hard rock, but not even close to their older stuff, but no matter what, Staind has helped me through some tough times in life & they will always be my #1 favorite rock bands that came out in the 90's, I love a bunch of other bands too.
