In Sara's case she lost 50lbs hardly enough weight to warrant any loose skin. Even my mum at 60 who gained a huge amount of weight due to medication and then lost it due to cancer doesn't have any loose skin. You really have to be on the higher end of the weight spectrum before you are getting to that stage.

Yes the style is made to create a more streamlined appearance but the girl is FIT, shes THIN, shes not a dumpy broad wearing some magical clothes, she is in great shape and that is why she looks so good in the clothing. Its not just her waist that looks right, its the ankles, calves, thighs, hips, mid section, bust, arms & shoulders, face and hair!!

She has to of had some surgery to get rid of that flab (the hanging skin after you loose weight). But she does look good :) very pretty girl, glad to see her loose weight, hopefully more pretty overweight women do this too.
There'd only be hanging skin if she didn't exercise along with dieting. Eating helps you lose weight but exercise helps you tone your body to avoid the "sag."

That swimsuit is no bikini. That is what we called a 2-piece in the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's. A bikini bottom goes below the belly button.
