@Leo4U80 The original was promoted as a single in 1979. It would of been on Love Man, but it didn't do too well. So it was packaged with In Our Lifetime, (cd release) but it's not a part of that album (only an extra track).
OMG! Marvin was swagg surfin' even back then. He was well before his time sounding a lot like some of the rappers of today. I love it! Sure miss this him
@GeorgeLRockwell87 I wasn't comparing Marvin to the likes of any of the rappers you mentioned. I'm a bit older and maybe should have said rappesr of my day as in Outkast, Goodie Mob, Kwame, Special Ed and so forth late 80's and 90s.
