  • We went back to South Africa for the Christmas and New Year period four moths ago. We flew on Comair ( British Airways) from Johannesburg to Cape Town return. We were very impressed with the way it's run.We used Air France from Paris to Johannesburg return (nice Boeing 777 series 300). An excellent airline; but terrible trouble and conditions at Johannesburg Airport .

  • Sorry it is now called Oliver Tambo airport.Just over an hour and a half for our cases to appear on the luggage belt ( one had been cut badly, so it had to be replaced).I really enjoyed doing my day trips in a hired car in the Cape again. When I visited Worcester, it was around 40degrees centegrade.

  • Just a question: are you not supposed to switxh off any electrical equipment during take off?? Otherwise great video.

  • Cameras are allowed

  • We actually go back to South Africa this coming Christmas. This time we will go to Cape Town. People forget how well Durban is situated. Only about 250-300 Killometers to the superb Drakensberg Mountains.Coming from your fantastic Swiss mountains you might not get so excited about the much smaller South African mountains.I love the coastline both north and south of Durban. Many thanks for your fabulous videos. They is so much appreciated.

  • Lovely to see this. I lived and worked for ten years in Durban. This brings back nice memories. It's a very good video.
