Book Review: Magic of Recluce by L.E. Modesitt Jr.

Lots of dialogue, little description, first person and character-study. No dragons. Sounds like the exact opposite of what I would read, hahaha. Also, a book INSTANTLY seems suspicious to me if it doesn't have a blurb on the back or in the inside flap. Like "what's it hiding that's bad or cliche?" Sends up red flags for me, bleh! XP

@TtheWriter Yeah I've always found that interesting about books, this one may not be for you but inevitably there is a book out there for everyone... at least that's what I insist when talking with non-readers.

But that's cool, I pro-dragon as well. I have to agree with you about the blurb thing... I wonder what TOR was thinking about when they did the cover design.
