there is some truth in what michaela said. they weren't technically courting. it was right after the episode Another Woman (one of my favorites), and at the end, she says she needs time to think. he says he will always be there for her when she needs him.
this is nice I actually wanted to see David again after I found out he was played by Maxwell Caulfield!! I had no idea who he was when I first saw the episode but then I saw Grease 2 and wanted to see this episode.
I thinks it cool how she had 3 other guys besides Sully propose to her and each time Michaela said something like "I have to think about it" but when Sully asked her... She just said yes right away. Sully is THE MAN!
my favorite part in the entire series is when she runs to catch sully's train!! and when she gets home :) sooooooooooooooooo romantic!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i loove it! has anyone else noticed that this show is kinda like tarzan and jane/???
Oh why does it matter that so many other men have proposed to her, she's marrying Sully, she chose him over all the others, that's got to count for something.
I love this episode because of all the flashbacks. It's like re-telling their love story. But, I also hated it because I agreed with Sully. This whole thing didn't seem to help, it just stirred up trouble. I can't imagine doing this before my wedding.
I have to say, it's great that the Rev "steps in it": to me, a lot of issues had never been resolved between Sully and Mike despite their love for each other, and they seem all to be answered here (Another Woman + all Mike's suitors and the feelings it stirred up...).
This ep is a great idea: resolving old stuff. Great for trust + communication
What does it matter how many men Michaela has interested in her? She keeps choosing Sully over all of them, after all, even David. It just shows how attractive she is and how lucky Sully is.
One of my favorite scenes of the series is when Michaela comes home, gets off the stagecoach and goes running into Sully's arms, declaring her love for him. Just so sweet.
5:43 Does anyone else think it's awkward with the clips of the Erika Flores as Colleen? I just find it a bit odd. I mean there's nothing that can be done about it, I just think it's a bit odd.
@edwardplusbella620 Yes, he should. Because obviously it wasn't settled. And it would have come biting them in the ass at the worst moment - ex-lovers topics tend to do that.
What episode is 9:45??? please and thanks!

haha I love the look on Sully's face when the Reverend mentions David. it's like a "why did you have to ruin such a perfect moment, Rev?!"

"No beggin necessary just the truth", one of the best lines of the season.
Although I don't see Dr. Mike in love with Dr. Kevorkian or Captain Ahab.

Oh the old..."It was about the orphans".....line.....Rev was soooh WRONG to pull this... and he had the audacity to kiss her too.....
Glad she didn't fall for the "we coulld be partners in everything".....he would have been a good man, but there was no passion in him........
Sully is the MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He's not a Catholic priest, so no, since he didn't take a vow of celibacy. After all, he's been engaged before and wants to get married someday. :)
