  • @MrUnegvWaya , I ment to say OUR PEOPLE , I'm so mad !!!!!

  • @MrUnegvWaya music will bring everyone together again, keep the native american music culture alive music brings peace

  • @MrUnegvWaya Johnny Cash, contrary to common belief, wasn't Native American at all. He did, however, champion Native American causes when it wasn't quite popular within the country music scene (still isn't actually). I used to live in New Mexico Apache country. One of my better friends is Gila River Apache.

  • When I was younger, this album was my lullaby... I'm 1/2 cherokee, and DAMN proud of my native blood. Thank you so much for posting!!

I wish other ppl could walk a mile on the Trail of Tears, might teach them the respect their parents failed to teach them.

  • dont you wish our elders would of gotten their shh together and just sent cris columbusta and his buddies back to europe when there was still more of us then them but i guess we wouldnt be here to enjoy a pale face sing a song about our sadness

  • This Is Apache land , It will always be Apache Land.

  • Just wanted to show my allegiance to the people!!!! We never will forget but we can forgive....

  • beautiful song

  • his family are from scotland and im happy he made this album as if he was an native ameican that just shows his talent any true artist can be come any thing if not they are stuck in one ho;e u can be everything if u feel the same as they thought at the time any true artis has been this way through out time just look at all the true musicians over the years

  • He had believed in his younger days that he was mainly Irish and partially Native American. Even after Cash learned he was not Native American, his empathy and compassion for Native Americans was unabated. These feelings were expressed in several of his songs, including "Apache Tears" and "The Ballad of Ira Hayes", and on his album, Bitter Tears.

  • @TheUndertakerSaysRIP did you copy that from wiki c'mon be honest

  • @bigmathafaka what do you think?

  • @TheUndertakerSaysRIP NO you remembered it by heart and typed it down

  • @bigmathafaka right....

  • Some of our most influential roots are the original cultures of this land. The following letter, sent by Chief Seattle of the Dwamish Tribe in Washington to President Pierce in 1855, illustrates the dignity, wisdom, and continuing relevance of this native continental vision.

  • THE GREAT CHIEF in Washington sends word that he wishes to buy our land. The Great Chief also sends us words of friendship and good will. This is kind of him, since we know he has little need of our friendship in return. But we will consider your offer, for we know if we do not so the white man may come with guns and take our land.
