hey there i don't know how recent this is but Blake was an idol for my generation on the Island in 2007. i was sent to Afghanistan to take part in the Marzah and Nowzad clear. i came home and was a wreck. i was introduced to the "Back on Track" program, and cognitive processing techniques. and have improved dramatically in a very short time. its a wonderful feeling to know that you have some contol over you PTSD. might be something worth looking into.
