@gansett967 lots of shit - 1 front foot by front tyre on coping, back foot on the back pedal (pedal at lowest point of rotation) and lift it all over the coping. 2 one foot on (front foot) and just lift it all over and in.

Guys here's a tip for learning almost anything. When you're learning get some music that gets you pumped, and just go for it. Most of the things in bmx are just about doing it once and then you've pretty much got it dialled because you're no longer scared.
