xbox 360 is great i have 1 and its seriosly a great console although ps3 has better technoligy theres been many reviews saying howit has had alot of breakdowns but also with the xbox 360.i am a playstation fan but i gave xbox 360 a shot and its superb hopefully when ps3 comes out in the uk ill be able 2 buy it and compare it

U know how xbox pummeled ps2 well know its the other way around, the reason y ps3 is so expensive is because its worth more,blue-ray,avb:60GB,motion Controller,Free intranet , klouin ray and free ps3 live, can play all ps1-2-3 games, medal inside out/shiny, and has 4d graphics. Not taking sides cause i really dont care but ps3 is a beter console and better deal as last time i saw a blue-ray being like 1000-5000 dollers anyways pce.

PS3 will fail in the real world market, only die hard Playstation fans will by such an expensive game console.  Yes, PS3 is more technology advanced, but for too high of a price. The 360 is a perfectly built system. I had a 360 since it came out and it has been running fine. If it so happens to break just call microsoft and they'll replace it. And the hole thing about it screws up alot and something about a red circle was just a rumor.

Ps3 cost more for what we dont need. there actauly losing $20 on each sytem which they will make up foro in games which will be about $60 to $100. yes there grafics may be better but does grafics matter? no they dont. microsfot and nintendo could have put blueray anytime,but do gammers need it?no. And there is no comparison to Cassets to a CD. microsoft came out a year earlier and still almost has the same grafics as a Ps3.

first of all ps3 gives you things you do need, like you said they are loosing money on consoles, but a blu ray standalone player is £1000 compared to ps3 £425 you work it out, ps3 is twice as powerful as 360, these are launch games so they are only slightly better, but in a years technology gets better, 360 wont keep up, and wont be able to bring out games that are capable for ps3
