Cayenne Hybrid? wtf. Why are car companies obsessed with making their biggest model into a hybrid? Why did Porsche not turn the Boxster into a stripped out, fast as hell hybrid instead of making a Cayenne that'll do 28 mpg? Interesting show today guys, but the list has a heavy American bias. Outside North America almost no one cares about the Ford Mustang, but the Fiesta is a contender in a very crowded Super Mini segment. That it can beat the best of Europe and Japan makes it an important car. Also, the CTS-V Wagon is at best an interesting oddity. Its only importance is that it's the only GM car that collectors may be interested in.
The McLaren MP4-12C is awesome! Sure it is not as big of a break through as the F1 but is costs a fraction of the price, which means that I might see it on the road in my lifetime and if McLaren sells enough of them I might be able to buy a used one when I'm in my 40s. The McLaren MP4-12C is already my new favorite car after the McLaren F1, which I grew up dreaming about as a young boy.
P.S. I'd like to see the Mustang take on the M3 around a track. Go M3!

CTS-V wagon sucks. M5 Estate is waaaay better. I still think the E60 in M5 livery looks better than the F10 (will wait for F10 M5 for final judgement). I think the Fiesta is a more important car for Ford than the 'Stang. I would never be able to pick between a MP4-12C and a 458 Italia.

So... What's the actual list... Caddi, Porsche, Audi, BMW, Ford, Hyundai, McLaren, and of those 7 manufactures you mentioned like 2 or 3 cars per manufacturer.
I think it was:
5 - CTS-V Wagon
4 - Porsche Boxster Spyder or Cayenne H (not sure)
3 - Audi A6 or BMW 5 or Audi R15 (not sure)
2 - All Fords (that's not a car... just saying)
1 - McLaren (which 99.9% will never even see in real life, let alone drive...) :-(

McLaren F1 was built 'whatever the cost' the MP4-12C has so much innovation in it. it will embarass pretty much anything out there currently for sale in most areas, ignoring straight line acceleration where of course there are faster cars.

CTS-V Wagon can not compair to the audi rs6 estate it has a lamborghini v 10 producing 700 hp or the bmw m5 estate v10 with 507hp or the mercedes e class amg estate with 490hp amg v8. europe make estates with power and handling
and japan have there skyline estate.
the most important cars ford make are the transit, fiesta, focus great cars
best cars they made anglia cortina mk1 mk2 escort mk1 mk2 rs200 all great rally cars and track cars very fun and truly beautyfull

Interesting show today guys, but the list has a heavy American bias. Outside North America almost no one cares about the Ford Mustang, but the Fiesta is a contender in a very crowded Super Mini segment. That it can beat the best of Europe and Japan makes it an important car. Also, the CTS-V Wagon is at best an interesting oddity. Its only importance is that it's the only GM car that collectors may be interested in.

The McLaren MP4-12C is awesome! Sure it is not as big of a break through as the F1 but is costs a fraction of the price, which means that I might see it on the road in my lifetime and if McLaren sells enough of them I might be able to buy a used one when I'm in my 40s. The McLaren MP4-12C is already my new favorite car after the McLaren F1, which I grew up dreaming about as a young boy.
P.S. I'd like to see the Mustang take on the M3 around a track. Go M3!
