That's the bad part... he hasn't died, yet. In part 3 of this demo, his head still screams whenever Kratos uses his power. I guess they're all still immortal unless they explode like Ares, Persephone and Athena did in the other sequels.

Well idk if you've played god of war 1,2,and chains of olympus,but I have and it's been essentially the same game over and over with a few new enemies with flashy finshers for them.I like the story but after 3 games with little to no gameplay additions(except slow weapons that play the same in all of the games) it's become rather stale for me :/.

i think people are forgetting the type of experience only a single player campaign can offer. multiplayer is great and all, but the single player experience can be unique and cant be captured on a multiplayer experience. a game doesnt have to have multiplayer to be truly awesome.

Amen. God of War is my second favorite series next to Zelda. God of War is pretty much the Zelda of Sony, a heavy single player adventure with great storytelling, superb gameplay, over the top bosses, and so much more. Multiplayer games are awesome, but nothing compares to a great single player adventure that takes you on a wild ride.

Yes. Multiplayer is only good with a game that lends itself to that mechanic. Not every game needs to have multilayer to have an extendable life. This is why in this HD generation, developers cop-out of a deep story and writing in favor of a multiplayer to breath life into and otherwise underwhelming experience(Halo 3). That's not to dis on other games, but you get the point. Which is why im happy games like the Last Guardian and Heavy Rain are coming out. More story driven games is what we need

yeah, the most memorable moments in gaming for me come definitely from single player campaigns. the only moments i get from multiplayer are like, amazing killstreaks or an insane kill or move that i pull off. and playing with friends is always memorable. but single player adventure is so much deeper and i hope dev's never stray away from good storytelling games into only strict multiplayer. that will be the day i put down gaming for good haha.

Well, in defense of RE5, the Co-op was a natural move considering RE4's formula was moving the series into that kind of a direction. And with how RE5 was done, having Sheva play like Ashley wouldnt have made any sense. What's totally stupid about RE5 is the stupid versus mode. Now that was a terrible idea.
