Love this vid. Shows how you can personalise any workout by doing familiar exercises in a slightly different way, or putting a few together into a single movement. Too many beginners are put offby the initial difficulty. Whatthey should do is make it easier for themselves eg. by resting on their knees doing pushups, then graduate to the proper thing, then make them harder, say with a foot in the air, then combine them with different hand positions and widths, etc.
i dont think you should be doing so much volume in terms of the pull-ups.... you obviously struggle for full range of movement. less and more quality would be my advice. It would look better too as your legs wouldnt be so out of control

@FridgeNatious lol since when did the conversation get personal? im just saying that if you wanna build muscle or just get fit in general theres a lot of better options that people could pick over this

do marine push-ups when your doing push ups, much more effective and do your abdominal area aswell, remember to keep your form in focus when quickly jumping about otherwise you'll be training like 30% of your muscle, but good workouts, ive seen 'canibals' which is similar but he is 100X bigger and explosive. keep it up !

People Listen, if you want to get big and strong like this guy without weights then you are going to have to do 10mins of cardio then do bodyweight workouts. To do these bodyweight workouts, you must move your body nice and slow in a controlled way if you want it to be effective. most ppl thik it won't work its because you're doing it too fast. So it doesnt matter how reps you do, it matters how you'll do it so remember that. I know all this because i take personal trainer class.

Blake nice one dude.show them that fittness and functional strenght isnt what they read in bodybuilding magazines from steroid freaks and the likes.multijoint bodyweight exercises and you can be fit anywhere using the minimum of equipment.iam a pull up-dip afficionado myself using the punching bag as my tool for interval training and burning of the fat.

Hey Blake I struggle with the pull ups man. Its been a month now and I stiil cant do more than 5 in a set. So please give me any tips on how to increase them or any new technique to increase the counts.
And do you have any tips on how to start practising the planche push up?
put a backpack on and put a couple of books in it, and do as many as you can that way. I went from 12 pullups to 21 in 2 months. do that for a month and then take the backpack off the next month and try it. guarantee you up the reps.
