Alright you've got a gazilion comments about floating chunks. Sounds like a scripting thing if you ask me. I'd suggest particles for dust and pebble size bits to spray out at impact. Would make the blasts more satisfying.
@lunan1t4 Sadly its much harder than just adding construction physics. If you add support chunks to the tiles, so they're dependant on the ones either side, when one falls they all fall, which also isnt very realistic. The only other way to do this is using 'create extended structures' , which doesnt work properly in the Apex beta. It basically shifts the whole building, which would destroy most things in the scene when one pillar is destroyed due to most models having large apex chunks.

I think the chucks should be larger because too many small one makes the game remove them.

Is it not possible for the objects supported by the pillars to fall once the pillar has been destroyed? also what about making the rubble permanent?
