Here is how to do it, directly from the Help manual:

Go into Options, Settings, & then Options. Untick Hide Advanced Settings & click ok.

The 180 starts code only gives you 180 stars. I also used a variety of other codes, like the texture swap, moon jump, wierd music, etc.

Summing it up, It was a combo of Toads Tool 64 and Gameshark codes.

Yeah they are, but they are purposly caused.

...No, they are CODES, and a modified ROM. Gameshark codes are NOT glitches, and neither is Toads Tools. Glitches are unintentional side-effects of the games programming code. Some are repeatable, some aren't, but they are accidental, and unless you make a video where something unexpected and unintended happens because of a code you have on, glitches and codes will not be friends.

no.. glitches are holes in the gameplay.

hacks are things that infultrate the gameplay and mess around with it.
