i think its not UT anymore it turned into something like GoW. nothing against GoW. that's a great game BUT the classic UT game concept was way better and the main character looks just like marcus fenix. unreal/ut was more fantasy cyberpunk-ed. this is more like a GoW Gothic industrial festival with killing.

Nobody cares about UT'99? It is far better than both, has more hardcore gameplay, much more original grafic style, most guns and maps here are just UT'99 and Unreal(1998) cutdown versions. Oh, and it has awesome recognisable sounds and astonishing music...

Hey anyone else notice that the LIGHTNING GUN FROM 2004 IS MISSING? and the old flak cannon and the replaced assault rifle? and what happened to the shield gun? this game reallly doesnt offer more, except for a new coat of paint and a decrease of EVERYTHING, no invasion or anything.. dont judge me i have the game.

...the game is called "Unreal" because that's the name of its graphics engine. Just like Half life 2,Portal,Left 4 Dead and pretty much everything made by Valve is made with a graphics software (or "engine") called Source.

The Unreal Tournament series was always just made to showcase the Unreal Engine's capabilities as its improved (definition, physics etc.)

@Raffael900me Yeah. I'm a Halo fan, but when it comes to multi - UT rocks. The only new thing that Halo series got since the first halo are new guns. Epic focused on multi, and that's why UT is so good.

I think i wont play another UT ever again, for a fps half of the game play mean weapons,and already UT3 has the same bloody weapons it had from the first UT. Suuure they LOOK different,they look cooler and stuff..but its still the same bloody shock rifle,same bloody flak cannon and same bloody rocket launcher!(apart it shoots 3 missiles now instead of 6). It simply doesnt offer anything new and exciting i would look for. I can get fast paced shooting in other games with more original weapons.
