I once heard a conductor giving a master class. To emphasize that it's about the MUSIC, not the conductor, he encouraged students to rid their vocabulary of the common phrase "I want you to ..."

I once worked for awhile with an egotistic self-described "shamaness" to whom I pointed out that she continually said "I want you to..." She "improved" that by saying "I would like you to..." Which was NOT the point!!!!

you are beautiful and sweet. everything you are saying feels right.everyday we all are experiencing what you are saying, only few have chosen to stop and pay attention to their own beings/devines. although i have personally have noticed the connection between my thought and sensation, had no idea how to exactly let it show me the positive flow... since my mind was obviously preocupied with running away from the negative....thank you soooo much...you are lovely..
