  • @BeaHilton

I agree with you! That program give a complete

and true answer as to why you have yeast infection

and why some people always seem to make their

eczema worst to cure it permanently. Now, again

you should have purchased a program that really

    works. I recommend you this:

    StopYeastInfection.info

  • im allergic to apple :/

  • if you have dry patches like i have, i use a honey-olive oil scrub. michelle phan, yes a beauty guru, uses it and my eczema has cleared up. look it up, it's amazing and super cheap.

  • i speak to a spiritual mantra about my eczema and positive thinking works repeat to yourself ''I APPROVE OF MY SELF'' try it! it works god bless ye all:)

  • Landed on your video looking for help with a hand break out. For so long growing up I was treated as if it was eczema, then they were calling mine a skin virus. So on the off chance it's a bit of both I'm going to treat it as eczema. Love your video style, very natural and a lot of good points. I'll be trying the apple cleanse, so doable. Thumbs up man; hopefully less itchy thumbs in the near future. =] Peace.

  • yes, my hands break out from beer and wine.

  • I will pray for you that God eliminates the symptoms or cures it completely...I am 43 years old and just started getting it on my upper arms...all the sudden now on my hands and now a few on my face...I was told by the dermatologist that it is common for middle aged guys to start getting this. I didn't care when it was on my arms but when it shows up on the fingers and the face THEN it's a problem. Christ's love.

  • Nice to know you have found some secrets!!!! We love helping! Udo's DOES work! send us a text or email and we will give you a youtube discount! Good Health, Good Life, Good Luck! -FlorEssenceTea

  • Good thing I hate beer lol. Ugh seems like its time to see a doc.

  • Ive been eating allot of green veggies i love broccolli ive been eating that and drinking water loads.

Ive been cutting out cups of tea and chocolate which are my fav so yeah. Ive just bought some apple cider. I hope it works because it was expensive but its gotta be better than steroid creams

  • im allergic to apples :(

  • I already went on a no wheat no dairy diet, and it didn't work for me personally. However, I am now determined to try all of the solutions you suggested. I've had eczema all my life and it freaking sucks...and you're right, steroid creams really don't work very well. And they thin out your skin and do a lot more damage than good. Thank you so much for posting these videos, it's good to know that there is someone who is actively trying to help people with this problem. You are wonderful!

  • hey different alcohols have different grains, some use corn, or barley, not always wheat, sooo drink up bro, i have eczema too and even if ur not allergic to wheat, i read wheat its still bad for eczema, so to everyone: try to avoid wheat!

  • Thank you again Jeff. I wasn't able to see the vitamins you showed; could you post that again please.

  • Really amazed and impressed how you've come forward to share your troubles with eczema and the things you've experienced dealing with it. Thanks so much for sharing your tips. I have been struggling with eczema since childhood and have been dealing with my worst break outs since last year. All of the things you have mentioned have helped me recently and I really do believe you're given some of the best tips for this condition. Thanks so much!

  • Bro u should try Lotion with Vitamin E, it helps alot. Really nice video

  • My sister in law has eczema and she started drinking fresh-squeezed vegetable juice & fruit juice and hers cleared up. I haven't seen any on her for about half a year now ( although i only see her about once a week or so). Also, she eats all organic and she has an allergy to dairy so she has a restricted diet but she's been doing a lot better.

  • try aquapher! it works on healing and moisturizes, my son was born with eczema and it has been the only thing that helps with the dry itchy skin, its a lil pricey but its worth it.....hope this helps

  • @143pperez Hey, I'm not sure if you meant Aquapher or Aquaphor but Aquaphor is actually really bad for your skin since it contains an ingredient called Lanolin which is actually an irritant. D: I discovered this through my experience with using it and it had never gave me any positive results.

  • i have so some weird rash type of thing its red and bumpy and it itches i wast told it was eczema is it?

  • Hey mate, well done for the vids. Just about the moisturizing creams, avoid any which contain SLS (sodium laureth/ lauryl Sulfate) because it is bad! do some research on it bud.

  • try goat's milk soap, all natural 100 percent will help you tremendulous!

  • How about the anti-cream they sell? would the work? Are they side effects? any1? thanks

  • Yup, DO NOT EAT WHEAT but guess what wheat is in EVERYTHING!

I can't eat too much honey or I'll get hives, the best things for us is fruits and vegetable not too much rice and not to much meat and drink LOTS OF WATER

  • @dontdropthatshit I know what you mean bro, you are doing a good thing here. Keep up the work! I just hate to see comments by people like liljew96 because it is really devastating to listen to the doctors tell you there is isn't hope... Health is important and should be first priority.

  • wow! you are really really good and help me a lot , i think all the eczema people here should try the things you said. they are natural and do work also i found silver water helps thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @gyc321 you are very welcome and glad that i could

  • @theresalam @TheDank1992 @theresalam @liljew96 @hugatree11

Read below. Out of all the prescribed creams she tried, it's the only thing that worked for her. Someone in the family gave it to us to give her and we went back to the doctor and we showed him the results and he was amazed and prescribed us more of it. In weeks this symptom was gone and we were able to discontinue use halfway through the second tube with everlasting results.

  • My niece used something called Elidel as a baby because she had it real bad on her face, arms and legs. They said she would be with it for life, but it seems like its just a thing of the past now. Byfar the best at eliminating the problem, nothing else worked. Within weeks she showed no symptom of of the rash and we haven't had to even use it since, and to this day five years later you still wouldn't notice she ever had it. I couldn't believe it, just like a miracle.

  • I think you are the sweetest

thanks for sharing your knowledge about eczema. I know alot of us are suffering with eczema and in many aspects it allows us to easily give out a negative attitude. Anything in this world I believe happens for a reason, and when we put our positive attitude into anything we truly want, anything is possible! I love your positiveness and keep it up. Maybe your eczema has allowed you to connect with other people and lift the negative in to a paradigm shift!

  • @hugatree11 haha it could be true. I just read the Secret the other day and believe it. having a positive attitude tends to led to the things you want, in this case me curing my eczema. and you are very welcome. i share, you share, we all share, the world is united.

  • @dontdropthatshit Thats cool that you watched the Secret movie! Law of Attraction works... If you know you can cure in your mind... you will. :) thanks for videos..

  • if you eat nuts does your face get all itchy?

  • I've had eczema since I was 3 and as years pass it's getting worse on my face. Sometimes I feel suicidal because people always ask me what's wrong with my face. My mom doesn't seem to give a shit about it and only tells me that my face looks bad. FML

  • and for 5 days i'll be in the sea, snorkelling etc.. and amazingly my eczema "cured"? EVERYTHING WAS GONE, only very faint marks of blemishes were left on my skin..this shows how powerful the seawater is.. now i wish i have the money to make a trip to jordan and swim in the dead sea!

  • at times, it really sucks to be in this body when i see girls with flawless skin in skirts or sleeveless tops.. and i remember when i was a kid, i went to this island in malaysia called Pulau Redang for a short holiday trip. the sea water there was amazing, clear blue.

  • ive had eczema since i was a kid, and now, being 22, i still have this skin problem. and it got worse as years passed.. my mom would read books on chronic skin problems and she says that 1 of the reason why our skin flares is due to stress. anyway, i would really like to try your method and see if it works on me. basically, my whole body is affected, neck, arms, elbows, armpits, area behind the knee.. and my skin condition is quite bad actually, it bleeds, patches all over and super scaly..

  • wow man your really inspirational and giving me some hope that i can cure my eczema. i have egg allergies and animal allergies. i have 2 watch what i eat all the time and i can hardly stand the flare ups on my skin. ruins my work life and social 2. people with minor acne are so lucky that thats all they have. well anyhow ill try some of ur ideas but thanks for having courage to go on youtube and share ur experiences.

  • me and u are the same, my skin is ruining my life! i also have allergies.

  • Anyone who has eczema. You have to avoid getting showers daily. Start off with one every 5 days or so. There is no need to get a shower every day unless you are sweating. This will help enourmously. Also get a cholrine filter head for your shower. Anyone who has problems please contact me and i will try to help you. And make sure your shower is not hot. Room temperature

  • you speak the truth brother

  • I did the apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, vitamin E, etc.

    None of it worked.

The old cream my doctor gave me didn't work either.

But then my doctor gave me this cream called Lyderm.

My eczema was gone in 3 fucking days.

You guys should really check it out.

Maybe it won't work for your type of eczema, but it definitely helped me.

  • how do i use ACV ? drink it with honey & apply some of it on my eczema area ?? can this cure for Psoriasis ??

  • @MrCommentposter i suggest using a cetaphil soap bar to wash your body in the shower, it really helps.

  • I've watched a few of your videos and tried some of the suggestions. Apple cider vinegar didn't really work for me along with a few other things. But what really worked was something I saw on the news about a year ago. There was study performed at Northwestern University where they used common ordinary bleach in bath water . There's something in bleach that kills bacteria. It went away last year & then reappeared this year. I'm using it again. It's almost gone.

    Bleach works...

  • if you're allergic to wheat and must drink, there's always gluten free beer. luckily jose cuervo is gluten free.

i went to the earth clinic site. i saw they had the apple cleansing diet. They used Fleet Enema daily. i was wondering if fiber would be a simpler substitute.

  • I just started drinking the Apple Cider Vinegar but I'm scared that I'll lose weight. I'm a skinny 100 pound 20 year old lady. Do you have some tips on not losing weight while getting rid of my eczema? :- /

  • @darkopacity hmm. that is a tough question. as mentioned in one of my videos I was losing weight. this weigh loss is due to the elimination of all the toxins I was consuming. I believe if you are already skinny you have nothing to really worry about as you are mostly helathy. think of the apple cider vinegar as a medicine more than a fat lose substance.

  • @dontdropthatshit A better way of staying healthy is just to change your diet for good. Detox is only for losing weight or eliminating toxins such as nicotine or anything else that makes you feel bad. If your skinny and you detox it can be really bad for your physical health and children should not be detoxing whatsoever period. You need fat or you will lose energy (Calories) and feel sluggish. Sure the TV may glamorize being skinny but it can be dangerous if you don't meet your energy needs.

  • @MrChertz yes, i agree with you. I am not telling everyone to detox. I am merely suggestioning remedies to people. one way or another the toxins need to come out. I agree with diet needing to be fixed, that why i preach about it in all my videos. haha do noyt get me started with media. i am tried of people thinking being skinny is the answer, its not about image, more its about health. people need to take care of themselves instead of worrying about other things.

  • @darkopacity Try eating healthy fats. Avocados and nuts are great for that. If you eat these consistently, it should help you maintain a healthy weight.

  • i have discovered this amazing product that may help you, it really works!

the secret is its loaded with healthy negative ions, just click my channel.

    im just paying it forward.

  • The apple cleanse is from Edgar Cayce, an American psychic from the first half of the 20th century. He stated that the apple cleanse should be done only with apples of the "jenneting" variety, the most common of which is the golden delicious. Also, the apples should be organic and the three-day cleanse followed up with a large does of olive oil. Cayce also recommended to follow the cleanse with a colonic irrigation. I don't have eczema, but do the apple cleanse and it's amazing.

  • what are you thoughts on coconut oil both eating and applying to skin?

  • MSM supplement will take away the scaring.

  • Did you stop using the Flaxseed oil and Cod Liver Oil to start using the udo's oil?

  • Amino acids help with protein production, vitamins help with protein production, so basically just eat fruit and stop taking pills/supplements. Amino acids are present in any meat you already eat.

  • HOW MANY APPLES DO I TAKE IN A DAY WITH THE APPLE DETOX

  • glutten free beer

  • I've had eczema since i was a toddler...so far ive been hearing that bleach and water can work too. ive been puting hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball and ive smeared it on. i have ezcema on the other side of my leg though. do the apple cider vineger work there too?

  • Such a help mate, honey REALLY works! i apply it to the affected areas and the itch STOPS completely!

  • does honeycombs work as honey too? :O::O:O

  • so you just eat apple

  • trust me nobody wants to be going through this its horrible ..im having issues with my gf now because when i mett her i had it n it went away by burnign it a little it helped me then i would put tooth[aste.now its back again n on my arm pitt.when my gf trys to lay on my chest n me hugging her i feel uncomfteble this suckks

  • @22princeboy hey at least you have a gf lulz.

  • From all the eczema videos in youtube, yours are the best.

  • I have severe eczema, and I have tried so many things and nothing has worked. Seriously, I just feel like giving up. And I am the same as you, I feel like shit. But, I'd like to say well done to you and that I find you hilarious :)

  • Careful about the alcohol because a lot has gluten & the yeast factor & it turns into sugar

  • @aardywillow thank you. I am glad to hear that. I know the biscuits suck now. but honestly the reward of eating anything I want now is sooo much better. I choose to eat healthy now, but can have anything I am allergic to without a flare up. I I have not flared up in the longest time. keep fighting the good fight.

  • that sucks that means you can't go swimming (right?). I love swimming and can also not go too much anymore cause of my eczema :(

  • man dudes it seems like so many more young people are suffering from crap like eczema and skin conditions and allergies than back in the day....

I guess our food is always getting less rich in nutrients as it gets more privatized and mass produced and our world is so full of pollutants we cant help but absorbing lots of them ourselves...

    GRRR

    frustrated here....

but listen to deepak chopras- quantum healing magical mind magical body tapes or audio if u can find it its really inspiring

  • thanks for your tips!! i was trying apple cider vinegar back when it first started but didnt even know that my condition was excema....... thought it was just an allegic rash, hives, or even feared it was herpes in my eyes and lips. it has had me out of work (i model) for months and is emotionally, depressing to deal with. i like the comment that the guy above made about psychological factors and agree. when i am not relaxed are really start stressing that is when it comes the worst.

  • caan i have coke?

  • I had eczema all my life. At times I had a reptile all over look, at worst, I looked like not only long dead but decomposing reptile. From what I learn -it's a response and condition of our nervous system. It's self hate. It's hyper neurologic condition- highly responsive nervous system. Try to love yourself and be comfortable with yourself. Find people, and things that make you happy. Stay away from negative emotions. Most important : LEARN TO CALM DOWN, SWIM, DO YOGA, CREATE..STAY INSPIRED
  • GREAT videos man...they have really been helping!!

oh and lol @ your expression at the end

  • what about eczema behind the ear? i have dry, itchy. flaky skin there which only started about 2 months ago, which also started weeping recently(i know gross). I went to the doctor twice, but the pills/ creams he prescribed didn't help at all.

I'm also afraid that if i go back he'll keep prescribing more and more antibiotics/steroids.

ACV isn't exactly helping, neither is coconut oil or neem oil. i don't know what to do.

    Please help :(

  • find out your allergies. when you do that. do a detox. I recommend an apple detox which is eating only apples for three days. your diet should consist of good foods and you will notice the difference

  • is it good to use lubriderm?

  • drink a LOT of water. that helps.

  • ha jeff i have the worst eczema i have ever seen and it is taking over my everyday life and im just fed up im neva happy no more i dont talk to any1 coz im to upset and i tend not to leave my house coz i look like a reptile i hate it and would luv to find a cure . ive tryed everything from wat the doctors perscribe to a 100% aloe vera gel and nuthing is working im in trouble and i dont no how to sort it >

  • what i found that worked was using non scented all natural soaps and what REALLY helps me, is that using this medicine called protopic, its amazing for me, it rids of my rashes, flares, and i apply it at night. hope this helps.

  • anyways those worked wonders for me , i still get flare ups like you said from beer but i just cannot give it up ,i just dont drink it as often

but natural remedys really did work for me so maybe they will too for anyone who hasnt tried them yet

hopefully this helps oh and ps i found tons of other remedys online but these worked for me so i never tried the others ???

    ok good luck everyone

    xo

  • ok and now for the good stuff , that your doctors dont tell you about but that worked amazing for me !!!

100% pure aloe vera gel as a moisturizer it also soothed my itchy eczema

100% neem oil (works but its a bit smelly for me )

100% apricot oil was my fave because its sooo safe and i was able to use it on my face and eyelids !

also vitamin e worked but not as well as apricot oil

and orally evening primrose oil really really helps

it helps to balance the oils in your body

  • sry ran out of characters lol

    anyways

dont use anything with frangrance , soaps or lotions

avoid harsh ingredients such as dimethicone, alcohol, sulfates , parabens , dioxide etc etc

also avoid petroleum based products they dont let your skin breathe

  • I had eczema really badly for a long time. I went to 4 different doctors all did nothing but prescribe cortisone which only made it worse. Refused to send me to an allergist because i wasnt dying ( just had such terrible eczema it bled , no biggie )

It was on my foot, elbows, hands , neck , face, even on my eyelids ,

i was so fed up , embaressed and in pain ,

so i googled day and night

and found some really great natural remedys

  • If its any consolation your skin looks fine. I just watched all your videos and its so true about maintaining a healthy diet etc. I'm always tempted by the bogus 'miracle' creams. So funny when you say Jeff out hahaha lol. Salmon, carrots, spinach, all that kind of stuff helps. Also, yellow fruits. Drinking lemon, honey mixed in water (pretty nasty sometimes). I use glycerin with rosewater, glycerin is in a lot of products and helps your skin stay soft :)

  • Another thing that has helped me a lot and completely got rid of the itching is to use Dove sensitive skin unscented body soap. Use this as your soap when showering/bathing. It is hypo-allergenic. Make sure you use the fragrance free.

This soap is a moisturizing soap so it won't dry out the skin.

  • One thing to remember when your out in the sun you must use Sunscreen SPF 50 or higher to protect your skin from damage.

Also the sun can make the effects of Eczema stronger because the sun weakens and damages the skin.

Eczema slows the skins ability to recover dramatically making it even more important for Eczema suffers to protect their skin (especially the face).

  • I'm sorry you can't afford something as simple as a prick test. I come from Toronto, and a simple thing like that is free! :(

  • Eczema really ruin my life!!! Now im having sunburn feeling at my neck n it is really making me discomfort!!! I just cant get enough of the cream!!!

  • For the flax oil and apple cider vinegar - does it need to put consumed orally? Can you apply it directly to the affected skin? Can you cook with it?

  • please make more vidoes thanks for the tips

  • The best thing I could of done is to stop eating all Dairy Products!!! I lost about 20 pounds in the past 2 months since I went on my diet. I also use Olive oil to moisturize my skin. It works great!!!

  • Man your skin is healing good....Let me tell you all something. Eczema is caused by undigested mucus inside the body. Once the body overflows with this mucus and other toxins over a long period of time the mucus goes through the skin because it cannot go through the bowel. I did a full body cleanse with herbs and a strict organic food diet and the eczema cleared. I never went to the doctor either.

  • hey jeff..thanks for your videos.. i just watched them today and its very enlightening..thank u sooo much for sharing!

  • How do we deal with showers :( Those horrible things we must deal with everyday, after having one I feel horrible until I arrive at school (thankfully)

  • same here every time i shower i get all red and itchy after for a hour or so then it goes away but it sucks does anyone know why this happens or how to help it please let me know!

  • When you shower don't let the water temperature get that hot. Eczema won't flare as badly when the water is more room temperature to warm.

  • thank you yeah my aunt told me that it's just hard to do in the winter i get so cold!

  • try taking cooler showers the warmer the water the more it irritates your skin. and be careful for soaps with lots of fragrance in them those really irritate your skin.

  • @snickersthemouse use a sponge instead of washcloth. and as soon as you get out. apply vitamin E oil. It will lock in moisture and prevent you from itching.

  • @snickersthemouse take less than 10mins lukewarm and use lotion after ur done showering

  • but where do i go to have it done

  • Hi, just wanted to post also i came across a book called eat right for your type by Dr Peter J.D'Adamo, which talks about blood the 4 blood types O, A, B. AB, Im O and the book mentions altough type o has a strong immune system it can work aganist itself, I feel it's a great book thanks again

  • Hey, Thanks I've had atopic dermitis eczema, now for almost a year. It just came out of the blue nobody in my family has it , I'm 47yrs old African American, and always had perfect skin i took prednisone 20mg for about 2months it worked a little and stopped and back came the eczema now im on cyclosporine 100mg with bad side effects a week later had to stop so i hope your's might work thanks

    I

  • do u know anythin about eczema on the scalp? because i have that n everybody thinks it's dandruf

  • I know that diet can help. I also believe if you apply apple cider vinegar to the scalp, it will help, of coure it will smell but yea take the good with the bad haha. let me know how that works for ya

  • Holy shit there is a noticeable change in his skin from the first vid to this one

  • I tried that apple cider stuff. It tastes so bad. I'll have to do it seriously but that stuff is real bad even with the honey. How much water do you dilute it with? I was thinking maybe it would be better to do shots of it.

  • thx you so much ~~thx a lot ~~~

  • hi i had Eczema my entire like im 19 my brake out lass for like a month or 2 weeks what i realy want to know is how can i find out im allergic to

  • Hey jeff, I have had eczema for my whole life. I wake up from scratching. The creams may not work for everyone but they work for some people. Thanks for some of the tips, I think I will use them and hopefully my eczema will get better. In your next video you should add bleach baths. You put half a cup of bleach in a bath and m skin got much better. It was found in a study that it worked pretty well. My doctor also recomeneded it to me.

  • hey i just got all the stuff, but when u take them do u ration ur days, like u take vinegar one day, then flax oil the next day, etc, or do u take them all on the same day and everyday, also, i put the vinegar on my skin and my skin seems to get irritated and red and bumpy, is that normal for vinegar on egzema? plz respond lol...

  • Comment removed

  • I welcome questions. The best product would be the apple cider vinegar due to its ability to boost the immune system. yes you can apply the vinegar on the skin, know the first couple times will sting (I warn you) as for the juice, what kind. yes If it helps you take it, then its fine

  • Comment removed

  • Also, what do you use for soap or facewash and shampoo and stuff? And how many times do you do this apple detox?

You seem to be doing this from the inside out. I'm only taking multi supplements and extra vit c. I gotta try some of these things out too.

  • How did you find out what you were allergic too? I haven't thought of wheat yet... but I thought it might be milk or something, and then I thought the dog is making me allergic... which I still think. I don't know, have you got one of those allergy tests?

  • Eczema is a toxin in the body. I found out what I am allergic to by a natural path. there are many ways to find out what your allergic to. the most common are wheat, milk, peanuts, soy, and sugar. yes My test ran up wheat, milk, and sugar

  • Damn, that's going to suck if I'm allergic to all that stuff I'm a sugar fiend. Good to know though. I guess I'll try to start cutting these out and see what happens.

  • The dog wont be helping matters, always wash your hands after being in contact with the dog, then apply your moisturiser after ofcourse...also try avoiding food with nuts and eggs too.

  • Man I must tell you, after these couple of days of not eating wheat, my inflamed patches of skin i had are not healing back to their natural skin color. I feel a difference. I know I'm allergic to Wheat now. I also tried soymilk again. I ate some Cap'n Crunch(no wheat) to see what would happen. No burning sensations or flaky skin...Thanks bro!

  • your videos are great dude.

i can tell you understand how serious it is.

i was born with eczema and i have an extreme case of it.

Just like you, chocolates, dairy products, and yeast will make me flare up.

And my breakouts almost made me not be able to graduate from high school. i refused to go during breakouts because they were so nasty.

im gonna try the apple cider vinegar asap!!!

I've heard about flax oil so i think ill give that a shot too.

thankx a lot bro and i'm awaiting the next vid!

  • i have had ezcema for for 3 years now but the last year its been its worst so i was reading that acuounture works and im going to try it

  • That look you give the camera at the end is hilarious.

  • Your skin is clearing up. Good Job.

    I've had eczema since I was a child and now I'm 21.

I still have it but it's under control.

With the creams, I find that if you rotate their use, then they work. They usually work at first and then stop working. Use one, when it stops working, use another one, when that stops working, use another and then you can go back to the first one.

I see it as the immune system adapting to the cream and then preventing it's work. Moisturisng is vital too! Esp after bath

  • hi im 14 hav eczema as well. ive found that if you start to itch your eczema or if it gets stingy or hot go outside if it cool and breathe slowly. Oatmeal baths make a big difference as well. sounds weird but it helped me and hopefully it'll help you as well. And DON'T GET STRESSED!! it makes so much worse

    good luck

  • imma grab an apple right now!
