Just used ours for the first couple of times and it's brilliant. Home Made Pizza (about 12 min) and Baked Potatoes in foil (1hr 10 min) My temp gets up to about 600 Celsius and we love it. Keeps the heat outdoors and the fun around the BBQ area! No issues with qualiy and we even picked up the protective cover for $35 direct from Gasmates factory outlet in Mulgrave. Highly recommended
They cook well but DO NOT BUY THE STAINLESS STEEL MODEL, within 3 months mine is rusting (yes rusting) the stainless is so poor that even magnets stick to it
It must have a very high iron content. A manual would be very helpful. Ed
