This man has deeply touched my heart. I love the poem he says, dare to be a mormon, dare to stand alone, dare to have a purpose firm, dare to make it known. I KNOW THIS CHURCH IS TRUE. IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING, AND DONT KNOW WHERE TO TURN, READ THE BOOK OF MORMON. @magpie478 I agree hugely on your response. When you are stress out, turn to your Father in Heaven or pray about it. You never know what blessings you might get and next thing you know you'll be COUNTING them! :)

After this talk I am wondering if it is possible for a saint to run for the office of presidency of the United States? I doubt it can be any longer considered a Holy place standing in the White House?

What a faithful human being Thomas is. I often stand alone but Thomas reminds us we are never alone because our Heavenly Father stands with us. And because of the greatness of my Testimony of Jesus Christ many have come to know the truth of the Saviors work in these latter days. And I suspect many more with come to know the greatness of our Father in Heaven and his beloved son before my time this mortal body is up. Even so

@Juanita7279 Any one can see the difference between keeping the commandments and Not. Mormons are really good at keeping the commandments. I have 50 years of proof. As for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord.

@Juanita7279 When one does this, the answer comes and one will know for himself or herself that what they have read and learned is true - not because someone tried to prove it to them, but because they exercised their faith that God wants us to know the truth and that if we ask, He will bless us with a personal knowledge that the Book of Mormon is true; that it does testify of the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ, and his divinity. All can know if they want. God wants it. Try it yourself.

To me, it doesn't sound like you looked very deep at all. Read the Book of Mormon. Members of the LDS faith will not try to convince you that their church is true. They will ask you to know for yourself, just like the Bible states that one can in James 1:5. The Book of Mormon holds this same promise. Read it. Ask God in faith, with a sincere desire to know.

Unfortunatly I did not have the chance to watch general confrence for this month because i do not own a computer and my mom and aunt alike do not like my church i still go to church every sunday and do my best to be a part of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and also do my very best to keep my comandments that i have chosen and i do belive that this church is true and will always stand against evil and alway prevail

Thomas S Monson is a true Prophet of God. He teaches with Power and Authority. He is teaching people to be better I dont know how anyone can find fault in that. He is true Prophet of God. Thanks President Monson for your love and sacrifice for all of us.

There is absolute truth and moral values in the world today. Loved listening to the voice of a Prophet of God and special witnesses of the Lord Jesus Christ, as well as other men & women who are serving the Lord's children throughout the world. Watched five sessions of the Semi-Annual General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and have been greatly uplifted as a result.

@Juanita7279 If you have nothing positive to say then don't say anything at all! The prophet is the mouth piece of God and everything he says is the truth! I know it is true!! And if you actually sat down and took time to really learn what it's about, to read the Book of Mormon, You would see that too!
