Absolutely beautiful, dear Joan, to hear you and Mama Kat singin' in such sweet harmony! You sure can play that piano with righteous gusto, not to mention a whole lotta spirit! I remember when Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs joined the Carter Family to record an album with this tune in it, probably back in the 60's when my grandparents from Kentucky were still alive. Golly gee, we just about wore that album out singin' and playin' over and over again. Don and Phil Everly would be proud!

Yes, Joan and I started singing together in church when she was only three..We have sang off and on together ever since then..

I played piano by ear for us until she took over that job at a fairly young age.. I don't play much anymore because of my eyes but play a little harmonica.
