Bought this game at toys rus buy two games get one free. Let me tell you this game is Bad Ass. Its an action adventure platformer and will sum it up like this, if you mix ratchet and clank with lil big planet, and mario you get this. Plenty plenty weapons, and environmental gadgets like jack hammer, vaccum, and gravity goo. weapons theirs like probably 20 one lets you turn enemies into pigs etc, overall love this game first level is slow cause its like a tutorial after that its epicness. 8.5/10!

R&C has this game to change the formula, and retro gamers (normally the types who hate real changes in a franchise) bash on them endlessly. Crash Bandicoot died because haters couldn't stand Crash of the Titans or Crash Mind Over Mutant (which were great games similar to this, but haters hated it solely for changing). Spyro survived by switching to a new fanbase, and Sonic went retro. Mascot games are gone now...

I hope they go back to the regular, non co-op game play after this. I don't mind how Ratchet looks, or rather, I could get used to it (still prefer how he looked in A Crack In Time though), but I have no friends that will want to play what they now class as a kid's game with me, and Ill have to play a co-op game on my own, and frankly, I think it's ripping of Crash Twinsanity slightly with the villain becoming a character. -sighs-, please insomniac, take it back to like it was in A Crack in Time

Just like how the Crash of the Titans/Crash Mind Over Mutant Jacking concept was used later in games such as Prototype (with vehicles instead and coincidentally made by the same company), Batman Akrham Asylum, Darksiders, God of War 3 and Dante's Inferno which all had some form of enemy to control for some amount of time. As for co-op, there's always online. But I respect your opinion completely.

I'd much rather a single player game... or at least the chance of having the AI computer control 3 characters. It's fine playing multiplayer when it's first released and there's no shortage of players, but I like to pick a game up off my games shelf 2 or 3 years down the road... and I can guarantee there'll be no to help with the levels then. Non of my friends and family are big gamers, so it rules out local players. I play old single player games all the time, and there's no such issues.

Sonic the Hedgehog, Spyro the Dragon & Crash Bandicoot have gotten it the most. It's like change is some kind of toxic substance to them. Games like Crash of the Titans (and its sequel, Mind Over Mutant), Legend of Spyro, Sonic Unleashed, Heroes & Shadow the Hedgehog were called bad for being different. It's stupid and turns an industry meant for fun into a religion.

I had hope with tools of destruction, but now this. I don't mind co-op, but if it looks at platformy as this?? Only the quark vid-comics can pull that off xD. The original 3 got better as they went on, and dread lock was different and probably my favorite. After that they got dull...What happened to the up your arsenal multiplayer? (online only i think). This is cool, but I probably won't buy it. I just hope they go back to the formula that made the PS2 classics amazing. :)
