One thing that made the darkness the darkness was the gritty art style that heavily complimented the dark brutal story. Why the fuck would they make it cartoony? That completely throws off the feel. That's like jacking off to tranny porn, just doesn't feel right!

Fuck it I am not getting this game if it is even a TINY bit close to the first when it comes to map structure. One fucking block. One fucking block of pure rage! God damn the first. It was confusing, hard even on easy, and annoying as you realize the developers are trying to make a game half open world- half linear, and it, imo, sucks balls to have to deal with automatic scenes.

Besides can you summon hordes of psychopathic goblins, devour hearts with snake heads, or toss people into a black hole in Bioshock? No you can't. At first I was a little put off by the visuals, but this one just seems to have so much going for it in the story and characters. I was not a huge fan of the first one, but this really looks good, I have a feeling this will be one of those titles that is more than just a game, I have a feeling this will offer a great experience similar to those offered by Half Life 2, Bioshock, Metro 2033, etc...

I'm completely disappointed that Star Wars the Old Republic is reportedly going to sport cartoon like graphics. :/ I don't base my opinion on graphics solely. I've been a gamer since the mid 90's so one could hardly say I am part of today's generation of gamers. Cheesy graphics ruin it for me. Give me the graphics in Mass Effect 1 or 2 (or Dragon Age II) anyday! I'm just sayin'...

You can have a awesome graphics, but the crappy gameplay or bugs won't save you from the salvation of a bad game. graphics is just the frosting on the cakebut if the gameplay is shit, you will taste what yonah made and it won't be a pleasant experience for replayablility or no bother of playing again.
