Ive just brought me one of these bikes a few days ago and thinking about doin the same thing as what youve done, do you recommend doing it? What are those brass rings on the holes for? are they just for looks or are they like 1 way valves or 4 something else?What size drill bits did you use and why did you drill 3 holes?
@OmegaLeviathon This bike comes with 3 rings inside the exhaust just have to drill 2 with a drill and tip number 5. are only 3 holes for the cylinder compression does not lose but if it sounds good. But if you want see more changes to my bike drop by this link

Hola yo tengo la Supershadow que es el mismo motor y desde que vi tu video que quiero hacerle lo mismo a los escpaes...Quedará igual a la tuya el sonido de mi Supershadow. Mis escapes son distintos.... muchas gracias.
Si los escapes son distintos puede que cambie el sonido ...aun asi me atrevo a decir que comparten las mismas tapas (3) en los escapes ....
Necesitas hacer 3 agujeros con una broca del nº 6 en la primera tapa ....despues con una broca mas larga y del nº3 haz otros 3 agujeros en la tapa 2 ...y listo .
Bueno gracias por la orientación.. y disculpa que se me pasaron por altos los signos de interrogación... tanto la Cruiser como la Supershadow son hechas para hacer kilometros y kilometros...yo utilizo Lubricante Motul 7100 sintético.. saludos.
ah, por cierto la mia es negra y plateda.. me pregunto como quedaría blanca y azul... osea lo que esnegro pintarlo en azul y lo que es plateado pintarlo en blanco... bien Americanizada diría yo..en fin cuestión de gustos.

segun GPS a 100km/h No mas ......Pero hay que tener en cuenta que solo tiene 2000km ..el motor no se ha soltado ..... en breve pienso ponerle un piñon de salida de un diente mas grande el de la Yamaha RD350cc que es el compatible .

Did it increase the rate of acceleration and/or the top end speed of the bike?

1º es buena moto , si miras el motor , pero lo demas es de mala calidad ...ojo a las partes ciclo .
2º le hice solo 3 perforaciones en la 1º tapa de cada escape de unos 5mm.

esta moto tiene la suficiente potencia para subir bien las cuestas ..... piensa que es motor Yamaha Virago 250cc.
Por calidad/precio de lo mejorcito ......

Vale ya puede decir que la moto esta suelta la he puesto de maxima a 135km/h y de medias rula bien a 115km/h Comprobado con un GPS
