  • AHHH!!! What have you DONE?!?

  • @omfg2funny its kinda like this but keep lid on and drill small hole put guppy food in their and they'll swim in and not able to get out. work but have to check it alot. works better with one made out a net so guppies can stay in longer with fresher water.

    Its

How to make a minnow trap

    Made by: Babywithaknife

  • @omfg2funny a good way is to put what every you feed the small ones in a small fish trap. bottle with bottom cut off and the top of another plastic coke bottle with lid on but hole drilled in it then sqeeze top of bottle with cap with hole into the where the bottow of the other bottle is! sorry this is hard to explain ill try to find vid on it if not make one on the channel offroadfury007 im not sure if i will

  • The babies look like little sperms swimming around!

  • i bought 5 guppies 2 weeks later i had over 70

  • hmmmm you should sell them to a pet store or bait shop they give you $ :D

  • I read that a female guppy can store sperm for months and so can actually have multiple pregnancies from just having intercourse once, do you know if this is true?

  • it is beautiful lots of life being created

  • Hey :)

where do you give them if you have too many?

    do you sell them?

  • It's actually pretty nice but I would advice you to put some real plants in there :)

  • to slow down their multiplying all you need to do is to cool off the water; drop it about 5 degrees and see if they don't slow down multiplying, they are tropical fish/ they love warm water, but too hot and they get sick, cooler and they are healthier and don't multiply so much, and if you quit using the breeding net, they will birth more naturally.

  • Man! That is a lot of guppies!

  • This is why I have a tank full of predatory fish. I feed them guppy and platy.

  • does the big ones eat the fry's?

  • I wonder where he keeps them all at when he has to clean the tank.

  • looks like you got a pretty bad snail infestation!

  • OMG I want loads but i only have males. :(

  • @TheEmzie2312, omg, either get some females so the ratio will work out to be 1 male to 2 females 1:4 is better, OR take all the males back OR only keep as many males as you have tanks, so if you've got 2 tanks then only keep 2 males and put them in separate tanks... never together, only put them together with a good amount of females, and never buy all males and no females ever again, do your homework and plan properly first.

  • I'm disqusted by the fact that you are discusted by having so many beatiful fishees!

  • Ahh! They're bring eaten by mommy and daddy!

  • i bought 4 females 2 days later i had 9 guppies. so i kinda payed about 80 cents a guppy so far.

  • could guppies be with neon tretas

  • @sanandreas395, yes, absolutely.

  • man how long does it take to remove them all from the tank when cleaning the tank out?

  • @XHORNBYX it takes hours :(( need to get every little baby fry out .... this can take me hours as they like to hide.

  • @omfg2funny Why even remove them for tank cleaning? Just change half the water once a week and you're fine. No need to remove the fish...

  • @omfg2funny, your guppies are sooo cute, and i am a big guppy lover my self and have got 2 of them at home (in separate tanks of course). They really are one of the best fishes around.

  • @omfg2funny so do you selectively breed or do you let the fish get it on on there own terms

  • nice

  • are they for sale

  • i have the best idea ever u send me a couple and i get my 36g going like that

  • @brendonreese16 Dude just stroll up to walmart or petsmart and buy them... there less than 2$ each, just get more females then males cuz the males harras the females too much.

  • Wonder why the video is named "DISGUSTING amount of guppies" Its actually beautiful

  • @briantheophiwilliams cos look at the tank it is disgustin and needs a good clean!

  • Guppy never stop having sex they eat while having sex they even shit while having sex they even sleep while having sex I bought two guppies a male and a female after 1 month I had 14 guppies

  • @12Achilleas Egg laying fishes breed a bit more than that. hundreds to thousands of eggs per spawn.

  • @coyotemutt, yeah true... but not all of them get fertilized, so only maybe a third or so might hatch.

  • @12Achilleas That's not very much compared to how much I had, since I started with two guppies, and in a month, I had over 40 of the little buggers...

  • @12Achilleas Oh yeah? I had 40 guppies from a male and female in TWO MINUTES. I'd say she was pregnant before we got her =/

  • get your fish a scrable board or something to do

    they need better hobbies

  • is sex all your fish think about?

  • How do u clean a tank with fish so small that would possibly get sucked into the siphon when cleaning the gravel?

  • what song does this sound like???

  • i dont actually prefer it as disgusting...

  • your mean by calling these wonderful fish disgusting i have more guppies then that and I care for all of them.you ser are the one that is disgusting

  • Reminds me of my guppy tank, till I lost power for a week and lost them all to the michigan winter

  • @buttfacerob Sorry to hear that

  • I could take some

  • try having like 5 times the ammount of fish in a tank...

  • Thats beautiful actually. Those guppies have gorgeous colors. Better than Wal-mart and Petco I'd say!!! Although that is a crap load of fish...... I'd start selling a few... lol

  • Rude.... That's a good amount of beautiful right there. It's not disgusting.

  • If you really don't want all those guppies, send them to me. I won't kill them, and they will have a good home. I have 4 guppy tanks,so I think there's room for them. I'll pay for the shipping,if you pack them right. I don't to get a box of dead fish. It might not matter to you, but it does to me.

  • They are OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAND

  • if you're planning to have an AROWANA fish then you're on the right track to breed those guppies :P

  • put an angel fish in there...it will be very happy

  • is it easy to breed guppies ?? plz reply im getting 2 females tomorrow

  • @chicken7085 get two more females, and a male. expect fry within a month. No work necessary. these are the easiest fish to breed.

  • @chicken7085 guppies are not really hard to breed. most guppies as long as it's male and female then they will breed. BUT from my experience...SOMETIMES guppies that are not from the same family such as the colors, the male tend to kill the female..

  • wow. thats alot of guppies haha

  • Beautiful i love it

  • Put in a oscar or 2

  • put some chlorine in there

  • Put a convict and an oscar in there

  • put a arowana in there come on

  • you are a dirty wizard!

  • a 12" adult Oscar , would fit perfectly in that tank

  • disgusting amount of guppies?lol i think i know how to fix your problem, try throwing in a tiger oscar or two and see what happens.

  • @ 0.50 Can anyone explain to me why there's a box (look kinda like it) inside the aquarium? I mean is that whew fish get their food?

  • atleast 50 fry guppies got eatin in the making of this video

  • Im breeding them for the bass

  • grody

  • guppies are awome i ahve a community tank with about 20 guppies, and cory catfish i ahve like 50 guppies fry waiting to get there colours so i can mix ans match (to stop inbreeding) and pass others along :)

  • Wow! Jut shows why these little guys are often called the 'millions-fish'. I've been keeping guppies for almost 3 years now and have had my current batch for 10 months now and probably close to 30 guppies from an original batch of 5, 3 females and two males. I've lost some along the way due to age, illness, and predation but they really are hardy fish!

  • they gna start breeding constantly .. my pond of koi fish its kinda turning into a pond of guppies from just a batch of 10

  • That it I have like 1500 at least in my 100 g

  • how many gal is ur fish tank?

  • Gosh Will my Tank end up like this? I have more than 40 Fry running wild all over my tank!

  • @SageFreak15 get an angelfish to control the population.

  • wow thats a lot of guppies

  • Dude you could open a Guppy shop.

  • That is my dream and one day I will have a 40 gallon tank full of guppies!!!! Love the video 1 question, how do you filter the water and not suck in fry?

  • @mrfishlover14 he probably has some sort of mesh material on the filter intake

  • how do the fry not get eatte?

  • after the female have done giving birth do i have to put them under treatment . and what i have to do

  • just put in a cute baby channa,,,,,;)

  • my paroon sharks would have the feeding of there lives

  • cool

  • i started wiv 3 now i hav like 30

  • have you ever thought of seprating those little fellas away from the adult fish and sexing them instead wen there abit bigger thats what im going to do with mine :D thats just far too many guppys iv got 2 breeders hatcherys 2 fish tanks the males n females r stuck in my other tank atmo together untill i can sex my guppy fry in other tank luckly me tho my mate wants some :) so at least i can get rid but jeezzee u got too many guppys lol i bet uv lost count how many uv got lol

  • ever think about selling any of them

  • why is there somebody crying, didnt think guppies were that emotional.

  • dont worry a couple of red ear sliders will do the trick

  • can i have one?

  • LOL! they reproduce quite alot huh T.T i donate alot of mine to the pet store but in a month they get to that amount again D:

  • hi i wanted to know if you could check out my video and tell me if any of my guppies are pregnant and what type of guppies are they the video is called - guppies pregnant or not pleaze chek it out

  • they look happy

  • Replace all those plastic plants with easy low light plants, and watch how the guppies flourish even better that what you have now. Hornworts, Java Moss, Marimo Moss Balls, Water sprite, vals and naja grass are good plants that will thrive easily in this tank setup.

  • lol that is disgusting amount of guppies

  • hi..i have around 45 - 55 guppies fry. Yet to count. around 34 are 3 weeks old and again guppies gave birth to 16 or more fry. I have 3 weeks old guppies fry in fish bowl. I yet to add live plants also no aeration for the moment. But they really eat well. I crush flakes into powder and feed them. Also cubic worms- i crush them into powder( i feed them 3-4 times a day). Now my question is when is the right time to add aeration and is there anything else i need to take care of?

  • whats a fry? a different type of guppy?

  • @idaho777 its a baby fish

  • @idaho777 a fry is a new born guppy.Those little things are cute ;]

  • can i buy some off you?

  • CAN I HAVE SOME? im not kidding... im looking to start my own tank

  • wow

  • nice setup, i use a breeders net too, but wheres the airstone?

  • Can I ask you about something?? The plant, very small and there is many off them... what is the name?? I really want it, so will be happy if you know it.. :-)

  • Whats with the crying at the end lol

    Just don't get it. :)

  • i dont get it? dont the fry get eaten?

  • Comment removed

  • if you think you have to many dont seperate the fry ;) theyll get eaten if u have enough adults

  • @omfg2funny - erm, i may be wrong...but I think....u mean 80 Fahrenheit? 80 degrees would be near boiling point (at 100 degrees)....

  • lol you save a ton of money though

  • it's disgusting to see you're disgusted with so many guppies and have over 5,300 viewers... that's really disgusting!

  • i had 3 guppies and now i have 50 in like 2 months but thank goodness i have A 46 GALLON AL LEAST FOR NOW

  • Why are you crying.... you should see my setup I have, come to think of it you should see MY ELECTRIC BILL

  • hah u need fishy birth control

  • they wood make great food for my oscars

  • For my RES's too yummy

  • @jeffrotub oh yeah, you can go to petstore and get the feeder guppies or goldfish. not fancy guppies, your dumbass

  • well you have a disguisting amount of guppies cuz they re happy!!

  • what size of a tank is this

  • Hi the tank is 5ft long cheers.

  • @omfg2funny 600 guppies :D daym thats a lot of fishes u got in the tank! spare me a few :D

  • What is the breeding net for i see fry with adults in the tank so why are there fry in the breeding net and some are not?

  • The ones in the net are the ones that get transfer to different tanks as their would be a lot of inbreed Guppies. Cheers

  • @omfg2funny Actually, i hear that they can inbreed without complications. im getting guppies tomorrow because my new aquarium has to sit fir 24 hours.*sigh* cant wait, any suggestions of other fish that work well with guppies? thx.

  • @maltiseconure9 I actually have three rasboras and a female betta with my two male guppies and they get along very well. But my female is only interested in food and procreation, she's not much on aggression so if you did a betta it would for sure need to be female, males nip fins and fight, and she would need to be exceptionally calm.

  • @FiestyCat86 yeah, I saw your comment like 1 week after i got home with a male betta for my tank... I havent had any problems, he's pretty chill. but today i am going to get him a mini tank just to be safe. (I can't get rid of him, i get kinda attached to some fish... especilly when they eat from your hand, lol so cute)

  • @maltiseconure9 If its been a week and you're not seeing any undue aggression then I would think you should be fine. Just remember that male bettas need space and large water volumes to keep them happy and healthy and it will make your life much easier. A two gallon tank is best, but anything larger is better. A filter will cut down on the amount of work you'll have to do, and a heater will keep him healthy for a long time. My male Miko just hit four with those same accommodation.

  • @maltiseconure9 I hear that ghost shrimp and cherry shrimp are good with guppies.

  • @rockerchick1378 Cool, i'll look in to getting one. Thx. :)

  • LOL love the crying at the end

  • i want some

  • how many did you start off with

  • Hi,

    I started with 10 i think around 10 anyways.

But i did buy more latter on as i was taking the babies out before they started breeding with mum and dad :S

  • @omfg2funny hi im planning on getting a tank of about 6 guppies to breed but im cluesess on wat breed i should get or how to go about breeding any advice

  • alsome

  • My guppies and platys had babies and the same time so I have about 50 babies...hopefully I can find someone to take them bc alot of petstores around here don't take in fish.

  • this aint disgusting.. its cool and beutiful as hell!

  • cool as HELL!!!!!!!

  • LOL..this guy muz be in love with guppies!!

  • buy an Oscar or a Needle fish or something like that and you will never run out of food. : )

  • this is why i only bought boy guppies :D lol

  • wow your lucky!!!

  • you realize that many fish create breathing trouble for fish. ammonia is produced when fish exhale. especially with goldfish. maybe not so much with guppies but still risky. ya know that chemical smell when you clean out youre filters, thats ammonia!

  • Thanks for your concern but what you see in this video is about 20 adults and the rest are 1week or younger so plenty of oxygen for all. AI do test my water every week and keep up to date with all the chemicals needed to keep them healthy :)

    Cheers

  • OVER 600?!?! How did you count them all?!?! D:

Sooner or later, that tanks gonna be overflowing with those guys, with that reproduction rate and all. Hows it going at the moment? ;D

  • Hey Night0wl44,

I got over 2000 now lol but i now have 8 tanks not the one anymore. All my tanks i have are Big so plenty of room for them to swim. But i sell most of them anyways on the weekends as i don't inbreed. Thanks for watching :) Cheers

  • Oh I know how many i have as i put the mothers in a small tank just before they give birth. Then i put the ones that survive back in. I keep count that way :)

  • Holy sh*t hax?

  • I definantly know how you feel, mine are fast becoming just like this!!!

  • Buy a few with different colors and before you know it all will be mix :)

  • Do you have names for all of them?

  • Lol not yet

  • thats a lot of freakin guppies! lol they love to bone haha i love guppies too and we had one and he tried mating with all of our different fish haha

  • couple days you see snails in your tank stupid that is LOL im getting rid of them

  • I had to many of them but got rid of them all now so all good :D

  • is someone crying??

  • dont the parents eat the babies sometimes? lol

  • yeah, which is why i dont like to seperate the mothers when they give birth. when you have tons of guppies you rly dont know what to do with them (killing them is not an option). i just let survival of the fittest come into play in my aquarium

  • Lol yeah so true i was like that but now ill separate them as i sell them at the market down the road from me for $2 each.

  • dam bro!!! $2 ea??

theres an aquarium store nearby, but i can only exhange fish for store cash credit lol.

  • whats that net why are only a few baby guppy in there

  • OMG! congrats this is beautiful to c! hopefuly my baby guppies turn my aquarium into this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
