For some more clarification:
0.75 % wear dictates you should replace your chain if your cassette/sprockets are made of alloy. Do not wait for 1 % wear, as these are less tolerant than their full steel counterparts.

.75 stands for 75% wear ( Consider replacing )
1.0 stands for 100% wear ( Replace )
