@MaverickWrestling you can't torque it hella up (like an MMA "kimura"), there's a range most ref's will allow it to go. If you're just holding on to it to get to his back I wouldn't worry.

@Supersmurf62 Learning more and learning from different styles will only help your game. Judo will certainly help your wrestling, especially your upper body throws and foot sweeps. Also practicing judo gripfighting techniques in the gi will help tremendously improve your no-gi handfighting because it is a lot of harder to break gi grips.
