The "chicken wing" on the receiver is a technique taught as a guard against someone reaching around you for the gun. For a right handed shooter that side is sort of a blind side so the elbow is kept up and out so that there is distance created between the weapon and the person trying to grab it. Should someone make this attempt to reach over that right side, not only can the person feel the attempt but the space has already been created, and in essence a temporary weapon created (the elbow).
These guys look like they're right out of some Hollywood flick. Chicken wingin', holding the receiver. Really, what the heck is he doing with his reaction hand?!. And the no shoot target, I like how he rolls right passed him. Professional? I think not. If ya want proper LE or civ training, try Magpul Dynamics. Chris Costa and Travis Haley would eat these guys for breakfast...
Didn't exactly say much there did ya? "These guys are ex-navy SEAL's", and that means what? They have the right to move like a bunch of amateurs? Because that's exactly what they're doing in this video...
