  • Why would you do 70lbs when form is not good? Do you benefit at all? Would you not just use other (non-targeted) muscles and waste the exercise? Or is this OK?

  • thous are elbow sleaves, much like knee or wrist wraps. these ones he has are from Inzer. they are a powerlifting company.

  • Check out Goose700, he does a tricep ext. with 80's. Not exactly the way I do them, but impressive nonetheless.

  • Good work man!! I do a version of this, not as many as you but I bring the d-bells down way below my head. Check it out on my site under 65lb Rolling D-bells. Let me know what you think.
