Why would you do 70lbs when form is not good? Do you benefit at all? Would you not just use other (non-targeted) muscles and waste the exercise? Or is this OK?
i always thought you wanted your elbows as close to the body as possible to target the triceps the most, I can't imagine this is only targetting the triceps... pretty damn impressive though

thous are elbow sleaves, much like knee or wrist wraps. these ones he has are from Inzer. they are a powerlifting company.

Check out Goose700, he does a tricep ext. with 80's. Not exactly the way I do them, but impressive nonetheless.
