Product separation is caused by mixing oils with water or water based substances, to combine the two you need an emulsifier and she does have an ingredient that emulsifies but her formulation must be off. I have heard this happening to many people who buy her products which has adverted me from buying it :(, it looks good too
@KaleidoscopeIdeas - I think her forumlation may have been off with the batch I ordered. The same time I ordered was when I heard complaints from others also. Its a good product but I like consistency and don't want to have to keep mixing up products before I use them.
I think that I received a leave in from the same watery batch. I will have to try it again. I love the dream curling creme. It is the only product that I can use on wet , damp and dry hair.

@MsKinkydiva - I liked the dream curling creme also. I just didn't like the fact that it separated on me. But it worked great as a styler
