There's people with only 300+ subs, and 300K views, get partnered. I got 405 subs, 710K views, rejected TWICE, and 2 of 3 "Limited Partnership" videos don't qualify (3'rd party materials).

Apprently, you have to try multiple times, and brag about your stats to get it. Most people I know, tried 2, 3, some even 4 times.

Attempt #3 for myself is in July, since you're disallowed to reapply 2 months after rejection.
