I made a gatling laser that shoots laser beams but on critical hits they melt like a plasma rifle would do to them. it also cripples their legs like the dart gun, very useful against deathclaws.

I must disagree. I believe mods take away some of the most important parts of the game such as the true creativity the original game asks of you. Why can't people just leave a good game alone even if the majority opinion is that the mod "improves" the game. If Bethesda, one of the most impressive game companies out there, deemed any of these mods worthy of being in the game, THEY WOULD BE IN THE GAME.

You would you need to hack much more than just that. You need to pretty much edit the game DVD and your xbox so accepts the DVD.

yep just download modio and bye the xbox 360 xploder u can get that from argos all u need now it the xbox memory card plug it in to ur computer and just type modio in youtube and it should tell u how to use it u can mod fallout 3 with this software the xploder cost me 15 pounds but it worth it let me know if u need anymore help.

ive got a mod im working on with a plasma gatling and a tri beam laser gatling but it causes people (that arnet from any dlc's (broken steel,ect) to not say anything while you talk to them (fortuanatley subtitles work :D)

it also has special power armour that dosen't require power armour traing!
