It was you two fight to the death right now. Batman does have 1000 gadgets but not in this match. he had batarangs. Cap is superhuman. he can lift 1000s of pounds and doesnt fatigue. they both have multiple training, if the went hand to hand it would be great however, every blow landed by cap would just crush batman.

@BansheeMilk , Im not saying he doesnt have his gadgets , but only what he would normally carry, batarang, smoke pellets, grappling gun, most stuff he uses to beat someone he would already know who he was gonna fight and prep accordingly. he didnt know he was fighting cap. Cap has multiple trainings and is highly intelligent especially in the field of combat and espionage. he spars with some of the most dangerous people in the marvel universe I.E. Wolverine. and hes waaay faster then batman.

@selectfew03 If the Captain was faster, would he carry a shield? No. As unrealistic as it is, Batman (comics version) dodges bullets. Cap is always BLOCKING bullets, meaning they would be hitting him often but he is adept at using the shield. Just as Cap thinks he is hitting Bats, he would be hitting a shadow. Bats "disappears". Cap would be going "Where is he?" Boom. Hit from behind. Batman, with ZERO prep, beat the XMen. Wolverine ALONE gave Cap a good fight.

Batman could use one of the smoke screens you mentioned to thwart Cap. And yes, you're right in a race, Cap would mop up the floor with Bats. But a fight? Cap would fight fair. The Taratula gave Cap shit. The Tarantula could not threaten Bats.

You have to alter the situation to make Cap win. In reality, Batman WOULD prepare for the fight. He WOULD have a lot more gadgets than batarangs and he DID have lots more training, hence not needing a Steroid. Plus, he is WAY smarter or he'd have wings on his head. But in your situation, I agree, Cap would win.
