This game is amazing. It's like a scary Halo: Reach, just without the aliens. And the multiplayer is so freaking fun when you manage to get a full party.

The only faults I see is the slow-freaking movement speed (I could LIMP faster than the character who's running normally) and the lack of people on the multiplayer servers (seriously, it just floors me, the multiplayer is awesome D:).

@Astaticembrace I agree, for instance, F.E.A.R.2 MP has the option to be ranked. COD4 is depresing in that new players are unfairly f**ked because they have no perks or weapons and your Kill:Death ratio suffers for it.

But with F.E.A.R.2 not only do you not have to unlock weapons but you dont have a barracks telling you if you suck or not.

The melee system on F.E.A.R.2 is disapointed however because u dont have a 1-hit kill knife, but it sorta makes up for it with the slide and bicycle kicks.

I ended up getting the game 3 days ago....i played through the 1st player in a night (was kind of short, but pretty entertaining...) and have been playing the multi-player. Only problem ive run into is the number of servers...or lack there of. No1 seems to play ranked matches...and even unranked will only have a few servers up and running at any given time of the day.

I played the demo of this and have yet to play it only because i usually dont play horror games. I doubt that can't be fixed: Go to Control Panel, or whatever the equivalent is for XP if you have that, and find the mouse options; then click the Pointer tab, and adjust as needed. My laser-precision mouse used to fly all over the screen until I lowered the speed manually.
