I am not saying it's bad or anything, I can tell he's a good piano player, but I just found it interesting. Coz you basically palying the same thing; as we all do in classical music. But in a concert? What' the purpose?

The Chinese like the classics and so they show their respects for the greatest musical compositions of all time in nearly every performance to remind people of the origin of great music. It's pretty admirable that they do that all the time, unlike concerts in the US. Also, Jay mainly does this cause Chopin is like his hero. Don't question his ways, just go with it man.
